1st inter generational family trip

I chose this property for its number of rooms, bathrooms and amenities for 6 adults aged 23 to 62 and 1 infant. Since everyone was coming from different sides of the country, it was great having a pack and play crib and a high chair available. There were enough rooms for everyone for privacy and enough space for us to stay together or in groups. The availability of kayaks, paddleboards and a bbq grill was great, saving us money to not need to rent. The pool on premises was great, clean and had toys, floats, etc... the availability of; Beach towels, was great. Washer and dryer and a small amount of cleaning supplies helped. Communication was easy with the management.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house for 7 days recently and had such a wonderful experience. The house is conveniently located near so many things in Marathon - grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation

The property was exactly as described and the communication was great! Check in was as smooth as could be with no issues. Jack and Suzanne were amazing to deal with and answered all questions very quickly. No problems or incidents with the home and our vacation was the most perfect one ever! Definitely will be renting this property again in the future!

Overall place was great but no cleaning supplies to clean up for my standards & no mop or dust pan. I had to purchase these items. However, everything else was as advertised. I would recommend to others

Wonderful place to stay with a group. All amenities were included even chairs , towels and umbrellas for beach which is short drive away to sombrero beach. Highly recommend this location in marathon. Easy to get to key west or other keys

Excellent experience and value

The property was very new and well equipped. Our unit (#3) was not on the water but only 3 houses away, which worked out well for us, especially given the the price difference. The owners were very attentive before, during, and after our stay. The check in process was very easy (we arrived late at night), the listing was just as advertised, and we still found plenty to do and plenty of room for the uncharacteristically rainy and cool days we had in December. We rented a very nice pontoon boat through them very easily (although the weather didn’t cooperate enough for us to get out on it). Jack and his team were very accommodating as our plans shifted, even finding and shipping a fishing rod back to our home. I highly recommend Keys Cove for your next family vacation

Great spot to explore the keys from!

We enjoyed the comfortable space, privacy, pool, and all the ability to do laundry. It was our headquarters for our florida keys adventures!

Location

The location of the property was fabulous, especially to nearby grocery stores, restaurants and to Key West. When we asked for anything, such as, a new propane tank to grill, it was delivered less than 5 minutes. This also went for a new air filter, to keep the air flow in the beach house cool and dry. It was a great stay. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a private place to stay and do absolutely nothing as you have what you need at the home or as much as you want to so many convenient attractions nearby.

Easy access to everything that we needed in Marathon

Great location. Very clean house. No issues whatsoever. The lobsters were easy to find, but not hard to catch. Having a dock to park our rental boat for the week was a huge benefit. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Marathon.

A Gem with One hell of a view

Great facilities Right on the ocean Relaxing House is very spacious and great amenities Loved the corn hole and covered area underneath Within walking distance of a lot of attractions A lot of good places in the areas to see Marathon mermaid sunset cruise is awesome Marathon bagels great breakfast Lobster and steak house of marathon Will be back Jessieca was very responsive to text and Barbara is awesome she speaks every morning and very nice as well and keeps the property cleaned up Thanks again Pelfrey’s from Kentucky

Great stay and service!

We were so pleased with our accommodations. Our unit was very clean and all the essentials are provided to have a great stay. There were plenty of towels for everyday use and having a washer and dryer in the unit to use is a bonus. There were beach towels available for use which was helpful so we didn’t have to pack them. The pool was heated and ready for us. The unit manager was very responsive to questions and providing suggestions. We will back back with our family for another stay. The beach area was nice with beautiful views. Can’t wait to go back!

Convenient location, amazing property management company

We were a party of 6 staying for the Christmas holiday. There was plenty of room for all of us to move about. The house is conveniently located close to everything in Marathon and within walking distance to 7 mile bridge. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool was kept at 90°. We enjoyed playing corn hole every evening. There were plenty of kayaks to use at the dock. Jessieca was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. She also brought us plenty of kayak paddles and life vests as well as beach chairs. Everything was clean and to our satisfaction and we would definitely consider staying here again.

So perfect in so many ways!!

We have stayed 2 different times. It’s perfect location right before the 7 mile bridge. Publix is super close, liquor stores, marine ramp for drop off and great restaurants near by. The house is great. Downstairs in our favorite space. You have the pool, barbecue, outdoor table with chairs , fan , smart tv and a freezer. Jessica we love this place.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great little family vacation in this house. It was special because we invited my mother and brother-in-law who we hadn't seen more than from a distance in the past year. My kids had a great time with them in the pool and using the kayaks. Everything was very clean and Jessieca was a wonderful, responsive host the whole time, very accommodating. It was a nice location too, close to Sombrero Beach, where we spent a day. We had a great time!
