Beautiful view. Very quiet. Clean. I’m sure parents of children appreciate all the family/kid/baby equipment but we took our elderly father and would have appreciated some handicap/ada friendly accommodations. Overall a beautiful place.

Beautiful house. Great view. Close to Hapuna Beach. Communication with Lorena was excellent. We even got to go drive and go see Kilauea erupt whilec we were there.

Beautiful views! Roomie, well appointed open spaces….and every supply you could need to make a beach vacation the best. The elevated location was perfect for views but within 5 minutes of Hapuna beach and the Mauna Kea resort beach option was nice. It’s private and comfy and the VIEWS! THE VIEWS!

Work/family trip

Convenient place for events at the hotel. Friends stayed at the property next door so made for memorable time for dinners and launching point for daily excursions after work in the mornings at the hotel.

Best View Ever!

This condo was like staying at a friends house. Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, toys for children. Exceptionally clean. We loved our stay and hope to visit again.

Fantastic Stay on the Big Island!

This property was perfect for our group of 7, including 3 kids/teens. First, the place was extremely clean and exactly as described. The view was gorgeous and we loved eating on the lanai or just sitting. Easy walk to the pool/fitness center. We joined the Mauna Kea Resort and it was an easy car ride to both the Mauna Kea and the Westin. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Community Infinity pool and hot tub were amazing! Very close to the best beaches and Waimea town, Hawi, other spots for hiking, farmers market, etc. we ate at the big resorts for fun — they were all close. Everyth8ng about the condo was even better than advertised. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxe.

Better option than the resorts.

Beautiful place, great for families. Kitchen well stocked, only shortcoming was no sheet pans. Lots of oils and spices. More than enough TP, paper towels and laundry detergent. Amazing sunsets. You can stay here and pay for resort access for around the same price as a room at the Hapuna and cheaper than Mauna Kea. Management was very responsive.

Fantastic condo!

We had an awesome stay for our recent spring break. This condo very comfortably housed two families of 4 which included my family with two teenagers and my brothers family with two young children. The bunk room was perfect for that! Being on the first floor was so convenient and we loved using the outdoor kitchen and dining outside! The condo had everything we needed and was the perfect size! Just perfect and we will stay there again for sure!!

nice Stay

Beautiful views, and very spacious property. lot of basic necessities included. We had no issues checking in. It would have been nice to have cleaner grill and some of the pots and pans and less requirements for cleaning the house in the checkout instructions considering a cleaning fee is being charged. Overall good stay without any issues.

Perfect location. Incredible view.

Gorgeous view and spacious condo. Well stocked with every appliance you could need. Management was quick to respond to any issues we had and make sure our stay was satisfactory. Pool and work out facility were beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. They had very up to date gym equipment and lounge chairs. We had a terrific stay and would definitely stay here again. Hapuna and Mauna Kea beach were only a 5 minute drive away. We didn’t pay the extra for use of the resort and were definitely happy we didn’t. Would’ve been a waste of money in my opinion. Easy to park at Hapuna ($5 a day) and walk 100 meters down to beach. Also a beautiful walk along a dirt path from Hapuna parking to Mauna Kea beach (less than 30 minutes) if you don’t manage to get one of the 35 free parking spots at Mauna Kea. We did a drop off each day at Mauna Kea, and then one of us would do the walk. Great way to get exercise and the views are amazing. Plus, the pool back at the condo is so much nicer than the resort pools. We had a late flight, so once we checked out, we just hung out at the condo pool for the afternoon. It was awesome!

Beautiful Hawaii Getaway!

Overall we were thoroughly impressed with the property. It had nearly everything we needed. Management group was quick to communicate, friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with a night stand light, the local manager had it switched out immediately. The view was priceless!! I enjoyed many afternoons lounging on the hammock. Obtaining the key cards and info for the Mauna Kea Amenity package was challenging. The property rental management group is different than the Mauna Kea group that owns/manages the amenity package. While this is fine if there aren’t issues, when we DID run into problems we found it difficult to get answers from anyone. Many people indeed tried to help but nothing could be done until the next day. Would advise anyone doing the package to pickup your package at the Westin before they close at 6 pm and to confirm they have everything they need 48 hours in advance. While we did have difficulties obtaining our package at the start of the trip, we did believe it was worth the money for easy access to beach, chairs, towels and pools. Overall, we loved the rental property and would definitely stay again. Many thanks!!!

Anniversary celebration

Wonderful property and is exactly as pictured. Sunsets on the patio were amazing. .Lorena and staff were very responsive to any concerns and immediately returned our calls. Any issues were corrected to our satisfaction. We enjoyed cooking on the stove and outdoor grill. We purchased the Mauna Kea / Westin pass and truly enjoyed these resorts. We would definitely consider staying here on a future trip.

Exceeded expectations

Our home away from home when in paradise

This was our second time in this unit (3rd time in the complex and the place really is gorgeous, roomy, comfortable. Everything a family of 4 could ask for as far as space goes. The ability to add on resort access is one of the highlights! This trip the only drawback was the towels had to be rewashed before we could use them since they smelled like they had been left in the dryer for a really long time. Mildewwwww. Yuck. No stains but yucky smell. Part of the checkout routine asks guests to start a load of towels but maybe that should be changed to “put all towels in the washer” and have the cleaning crew start the load when they get there so the towels come out Downey fresh. Def a first world problem but worth noting. Thanks for a wonderful vacay. We introduced a newbie to the Big Island and know they will be back. And so will we!
