The condo was lovely and had beautiful views of the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped, which is always important to us when we travel. The grounds were very well maintained, and the pools and Lazy River were very relaxing.

Great location

The condo was just as advertised.The ocean view was wonderful and access to the beach could not be easier. We really enjoyed our stay at Litchfield By The Sea.

Great condo and location

The condo layout is perfect for a family and allows space for extended family if needed. It is oceanfront and has wonderful ocean views from most rooms which was really special. Pool, lazy river and beach all in your front yard! Check out Surf the Earth surf camp for kids-it was our son’s favorite part of vacation! First visit to Pawley’s and loved it!

So peaceful

Beautiful combo and view. Beds were VERY comfortable, thank you very much. Sheets could have been better quality and fit better. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything worked and was clean. Thanks for an easy place to chill.

Great week at Litchfield! Incredible views!

This was our first time staying at Bridgewater, and the views from this unit are incredible. While this unit was nice enough, I don't think we'd do Bridgewater again. The primary reasons are the size of the units, but mainly, it's that the air conditioning units are room wall units (like in some older hotel rooms) and they were LOUD. They cooled well enough, but the constant roar of the units, and the loudness of the compressor kicking on/off, was very annoying and woke us up constantly. That said the unit is well furnished, Bed in master was very comfy. he cleanliness was not impressive. There was what appeared to be dog hair all over the (rather dirty) rug in the living area, and the tiled floors had hair and dust on them. The placemats on the dining table were ratty, worn, and had dried food on at least one of them. Because this unit is basically a souped-up hotel suite, it was cramped. Fine for 2 of us, but I am so relieved that our extra guests didn't join us for the weekend as originally planned. Honestly, this space MIGHT be do-able for 2 adults and 2 small children, but otherwise, it would get tight, and storage space is non existent. Speaking of storage, there was so much stuff stored in the closets (porta crib, vacuum, beach toys, etc) that we weren't able to put anything (shoes, suitcases) on the closet floors. Again, since there were only 2 of us, we used the 2nd BR as our storage.

If you have an issue while staying with us please reach out to us immediately so it can be promptly addressed. There is a strict no pets policy for this building. Thanks to your feedback we have already spoken with the housekeeper. We would love to help assist you on your next beach trip in finding a more spacious condo in one of the neighboring buildings.
