We enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for everyone to have some space when needed, yet we still were able to enjoy time together. I would stay at this house over and over.

Great time with friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was really nice. Plenty of space for multiple families! The only issue i noticed were dirty tissues under the primary bed. Obviously there was not a thorough cleaning before we got there.

Spacious home in Breck

We had an excellent stay at this home in Breck. It was more spacious than we were expecting. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Property manager was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay again! Very convenient to downtown and the mountain for skiing.

Very cool place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in town, but not smack in the middle of the bustle. The free bus stop just down the road is really handy. The house has a lot more dishes and kitchen items than listed, so that was a nice surprise. All in all it was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend it.

Breck Family ski trip/January 2024

We take a family ski vacation every January. This year, 2024, we visited Breckenridge and stayed at the Rachel Lane VRBO. The accommodations were great. We were about a five-ten minute drive to the mountain. If you are looking for a rental that can accommodate a family of up to 11, the Rachel Lane rental is perfecto.

Solid house-convenient location

We brought our adult children and loved our fall vacation !! The home is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It comfortably sleeps nine but we stretched it with couches. Short drive to downtown Breckenridge. A lot of games.

Great place with kids.

Great place if you have teenage kids. Put them downstairs, they enjoyed having their own kitchen, TV, play area. Adults upstairs. Made for a great vacation. Master room was epic. Fireplace in bedroom, nice touch. Walking distance to shuttle to go skiing. Thanks for the hospitality.

Excellent rental for summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Rachel Lane Home. It was very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Summit Mountain Rentals offered great communication ahead of our visit and assisted with getting us checked in early since the house wasn't rented the day ahead of arrival. Thank you for hosting us for a memorable trip to Summit County.

Great home, great views, great management

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was beautiful, with a working hot tub, many bathrooms, big rooms, nice views. It was a pretty easy bus trip to Breck (a 4 min walk to the shuttle then ~20 min from there). The management company was amazing - 24/7, easy to contact, extremely nice (gave us many recommendations), very helpful, etc.

Great Birthday Getaway

Summit Rentals was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. We were very happy with the location and how close it was to downtown Breck. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home met our needs and we had a great time. The only items that might need to be addressed by the management company: the hot tub had a lot of debris left from previous usage and also the pipes make very loud banging sounds whenever running water (showers and toilets). Other than that everything was fantastic.

Rachel Lane

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On our first night in Rachel Lane, a flood occurred in the basement and we had to move to a different property. Summit Mountain management was VERY helpful in making the change, but we really would have preferred the Rachel Lane home

Great Location

This is a very nice home. Loved the fireplace in both the living room and master. It is in a great location with easy access to Main St and the lifts. Very clean. Everything you need to make a meal is there. All you need is the food.... The only suggestion I would have for the owners would be to add new bed pillows. Bring your own. The humidifier in the master cannot be used as it leaks. (of course you would not know unless told) I still give Rachel Lane 5 stars. Thank you for the use of your home! Dennis
