The house was lovely, and the owner responsive and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to so many places to see, grocery store and a lovely coffee shop right on the corner.The house had beautiful porches that we really couldn’t take advantage of due to rain, but would definitely stay there again if we returned to Savannah,

The photos do not do this home justice. It is beautiful, inside and out. Great location, incredibly clean from top to bottom, kitchen has all you need if you want to cook, and the host is easy to work with and unobtrusive.

House was exactly as described and pictured. Located in the beautiful historic district very close to the park. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was always checking to see how things were going and if we needed anything.

The location was walkable to many sites. Everything was very clean. Communication was good and the apartment was very spacious.

If you are looking for an old creaky floors and doors with lots of character home, this is your place. The location was great with a cute coffee shop just steps away and a Kroger grocery store right around the corner.The bathrooms were extremely clean, which was very nice, but the kitchen was not. The toaster didn't work. We had to hold the button down to use it. When making breakfast, I pulled out a couple pans from the cupboard that still had eggs on it. The rugs in the living area and bedrooms were filthy.Our overall stay was good, they just need to pay attention to some of the finer details.

We had a retired cousins trip to Savannah….the house was perfect as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house is as pictured, very nice. We parked in front of the house with no problem. We walked to Krogers for supplies, and walked to Forsyth Park for breakfast on the patio(was very good). Our first night we made the short drive to Treylor Pizza Party for great food and overall experience. We walked to the Trolley Tour stop near Forsyth for our tour of the city thus avoiding the parking near River Street. Communication with David was awesome with great instructions….I highly recommend this house!

Can’t stress how perfect this place is! The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy! The teens loved the third floor area. I’m ready to move in and make it my home! Will definitely come back to this one!

Amazing hospitality

The house was beautiful! This was my first VRBO stay and it was a very simple process! The owners were great, very easy to communicate with, and provided great advice on places to visit and eat at during our stay. There is also a great little coffee shop two doors away! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Beds were so comfortable!

Authentic Savannah atmosphere and loved all the hardwood floors. Very roomy, and very comfortable. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Loved our stay!!

Road trip!

Loved the property! So clean and so beautiful and historic! Neighborhood is wonderful with coffee shop on the corner and walking distance to so much including Forsyth Park! We absolutely loved Savannah and will def be back!

SCAD Family weekend visit

We had a great stay! We had a little difficulty getting in the door but they were incredibly responsive and called to help us out right away! There was tons of room for our 3 teenagers to have their own space and the deck off the kitchen was big...great entertaining area to have a few friends over to cook out. The grill worked wonderfully!

Home near Forsyth Park

We enjoyed our quick visit to Savannah with very comfortable accommodations in a wonderful area of town. Home had a lot of character and was very clean. Updated bathrooms and great beds. Kitchen looked well equipped but we didnt use it. Great for families or friends. Fabulous bakery, coffee and breakfast shop right on the corner of our street.

This house was the quintessential Savannah home! Upon booking, we were most drawn to the beautiful exterior, interior, and outdoor spaces! The home provided plenty of room with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. We loved the upgraded decor and especially loved coming back to the beautiful porch each day. The neighbor was safe for walking and only two blocks from the park. There's a cute and delicious cafe only a few doors down that serves wholesome treats and the most delicious tea! There is also a Kroger right next to the coffee shop which was so convenient! Overall, very pleasant stay!

Charming home, attention to details would add

Communication with host was great. Upon arrival, was greeted by a used mattress on the curb, which moved to the back dumpster the next day, slightly disheartening. House itself was cute while keeping its original charm. Back outdoor sitting area was far from cozy. Not very inviting with overgrown weeds, questionable furniture and more stacks of garbage beyond the back fence by our parking spot. We were okay with it, but a long flight of stairs to access rental, the 2nd and 3rd floors of this home. Amazing bakery/coffee shop just down the block.

Family get-together

The location was perfect. Grocery store two blocks down. Beautiful park within walking distance, and an overall great location. House was beautiful and well furnished. The onl downside was the cleanliness of the outdoor areas. The back yard was unusable, and the grill on the balcony was dirty. We would book again.
