Nice property

Very nice unit overlooking the pool area. Partial ocean view from the deck. Very short wall to the beach. We had a little trouble getting check-in instructions but otherwise a good experience.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This was our first time traveling with our kids to a beach vacation and this property was more than I could've imagined. It was spacious for the 4 of us, had a pool and was a quick walk to the beach. There's 4 beach chairs and leftover beach toys for guests to use. I do wish the property came equipped with more kitchen / food items such as spices, oils etc, but they were clear that they wouldn't be available. Overall, would recommend this property and will definitely consider staying here.

Great place! Exactly as advertised!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean, which is most important to us! And the pictures and description were accurate, so we knew exactly what to expect. I’ve stayed at condos directly on the beach with a longer walk to the ocean than this place has! Would definitely stay here again!

Myrtle beach

The location is perfect! Mostly a residential area, so none of the crowds and touristy activity which we were glad to avoid. We felt very safe and secluded here. The pool was heated and very clean. The pictures of the condo are accurate. It was clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony is amazing. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant stay, great communication

We stayed for a week during a baseball tournament. The place was clean, accurately described, and within a short driving distance to many places. No major restaurants within walking distance. Pool was nice and beach was easily accessible. We had some issues with the shower and sinks backing up and maintenance communicated quickly and took care of everything. We would stay again.

Great condo in Myrtle Beach!!!

Our family has been going to Myrtle Beach for our Summer vacation now for almost 20 years. We’ve stayed at some well known resort properties, and at several different condominiums. Since our “kids” are now 21 & 23 it’s been a challenge to find lodging that will accommodate a family of 4 and this property really fits the bill! It is just as described and couldn’t be in a better location. Plenty of room to spread out and well appointed if you want to stay in. Will definitely book again next year!

Nice looking room

Walking in everything looked like advertised but after getting settled in there was sand in the bed, the kitchen window leaks if it storms hard enough, we killed a few roaches ( they said it's sprayed 1 a month ) and I had to rewash dishes out of the cabinets because they had food dried on them and pots had grease in them.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad that the unit matched the advertised photos upon your arrival, but we’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced afterward. We want to mention that none of these concerns—like sand in the bed, kitchen window leaks, or cleanliness of dishes—were brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have acted promptly to address them and make your stay more comfortable. Regarding the pest treatment, the unit is sprayed monthly as part of routine pest control, and we take pest management seriously to ensure a pleasant environment. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us improve our standards and guest communication going forward.

Nice stay on beach

Loved this property. Very close to any adventure you would want to take in Myrtle beach. Plenty to do in rainy weather as well. Pool was clean and well maintained. Nice outdoor workout equipment to use on the sidewalk across the street. Property management very responsive. Only issue was using the TVs. Could have benefited from printout directions. Not sure if remotes were just no longer working.

Good time but....

Enjoyed the stay. Property was very nice. One big flaw is the lack of a cabana - with check-in not allowed prior to 4pm, you have full use of the property and beach all day prior to this time, but no bathroom or place to change. The area in general lacks public restrooms for changing, so we had to go to the state park south of Myrtle Beach for facilities (very nice park and beach BTW so not a total loss)....but having a small space at this property would be a huge upgrade.

Very Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo unit from Nov 1/22 until Feb 1/23. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling error, we had to move to a different condo for the last two months of our stay. That aside, we enjoyed our three month stay in this unit. It has been nicely renovated and is very well equipped. The furnishings are comfortable and the overall decor is attractive.
