Would definitely stay again!

Humberto was very great with instructions, communication, and accessibility. The place was super clean, smelled awesome, and was aesthetically nice! I loved the personal touch of the live flowers. The bed was super comfortable and we rested well. It did not have a balcony. We missed that detail in the description, but it was no biggie. Also, there were plenty of clean, fluffy towels, but no face towels. We used the medium sized ones, which were ultimately fine. Overall, GREAT stay! We would recommend and would stay again. Tiffany

Great location, secure, and very clean!

We had a pleasant 3-week stay. We appreciated the few essentials that we found upon arrival. The place is secure, quiet, spacious and, especially, very clean. Humberto and Thais made themselves very accessible and are very friendly and polite hosts. The only reason I don't give this property a 5-star rating is because parking was somewhat disappointing; while it is gated and inside the property, it is uncovered (it rained almost every day of our stay), and, maneuvering in and out is a little inconvenient. Yet, all the other positives pretty much made up for this!

great location, lovely interior!

We stayed at this condo for 1 week while visiting family and it was a great choice. It was perfectly situated, near beaches, shops, and downtown Miami. The apartment was well-stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. They even had beach chairs! The beds were very comfortable - even the sleeper sofa. We highly recommend this VRBO the next time you stay in Miami. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing

My friends and I stayed here for a festival in town and we loved it! It is close to everything (stores & metrorail station). It’s really clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. I’d definitely book this again when I come to Miami.

Clean, pretty and close to Miracle Mile

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and a perfect spot to take an Uber/Lyft anywhere you wanted to go for the day! The listing is exactly as it is in person. The parking was a little tricky to find at night when we first arrived, since it was dark. But all worked out perfectly and would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive option to a high -end Miami Hotel!

Great bargain just half block off Coral Way

This condo is exactly what the photograph shows -- a nicely furnished, contemporary apartment. The rooms were immaculately clean. There were ample linens and towels. The kitchen contained every utensil and appliance we could wish for. The TVs were easy to operate. We appreciated the reserved parking space and gated, secure building. The location is excellent, a half block from a Winn-Dixie and just a few blocks' walk from the many restaurants and shops along Coral Way. We liked the neighborhood because we could easily drive to other suburban locations and use Uber for downtown museums ($4-6 shared ride). Not to be missed in the neighborhood: the Miracle Theater, a gorgeous Art Deco building with equity players, and P.Pole Pizza, the first in what is almost certain to become a franchise -- a build-your-own pizza shop. Humberto was the perfect host. He gave us excellent check-in/check-out instructions, made sure we had no questions after arrival, then did not interfere. All in all, very good value.

Good location, very clean apartment

The apartment is very clean, looks just like the pictures. Kitchen has everything needed, ample cookware and dishes. Conveniently located within walking distance to Coral Gables. The only negative is the lack of amenities on the property, I.e. pool, workout room (but this was my oversight when booking) Very good to have a parking space to use, Overall we enjoyed our stay in this unit and would recommend.

Outstanding accommodation for a very fair price

My husband and I stayed at this apartment twice it was so good and really well located. Humberto was outstanding in his communications with us regarding the instructions. The apartment is every bit as lovely as it looks in the photos with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips include iron and ironing board and washer and dryer. This apartment is a total find!

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

Our stay at Unit 509 at Shamrock by the Gables was such a treat. Visiting from the Washington, DC area to visit our children, the condo was a perfect size for us to retreat in the evenings and allowed us to cook dishes to take to our children for the following days. The unit was a perfect size, more than roomy enough for two, very clean and the kitchen equipment ample. Also provided were thoughtful items such as a couple of beach chairs, and a small cooler. We really appreciate all the attention to detail.and guest comforts. Humberto, thank you for all of this. We will certainly be returning guests. Catherine and Miguel

Beautiful, Comfortable & Relaxing

This apartment was perfect for my weekend in Miami. About 20 minutes from all the action downtown, this property was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax after a day/ night of exploring the city. It is just as beautiful as the pictures! The property manager was incredibly accommodating and made our stay as pleasant as possible. I will definitely be back again, and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonable and quality place to stay in the Miami area.

Not a Comfortable or Safe Place to Lay Your Head

So first, credit where it is due -- this was a cute, well decorated and easy to enter place. The trouble is sleeping here... in addition to a bed so uncomfortable, it left both my husband and I aching, there was something in the sheets or the bedding that caused a horrible allergic reaction for us both. I woke the first morning with breathing trouble, my normally hale and hearty husband, had itching eyes and an unusual rash on his face. We both felt generally bad, but didn't really put together that it was the apartment. The next day, my eyes became red and swollen, my husband's rash had turned into open soars clearly along the places he had laid against the pillow. Needless to say, we did not stay the final night we had booked. After a decent night sleep at a nearby hotel, we are both feeling better and my husband's face has started to heal. Obviously, I can't recorded this apartment to anyone. In fact, I feel like I have been burned for the last time by vacation rentals -- I am done using VRBO and will use only hotels from now on.
