Cozy, comfortable, and private one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Miami's dynamic Overtown neighborhood. It offers basic amenities, without luxury or sophistication (keep this in mind before booking). It is located just steps from downtown, only 5.1 miles from the Port of Miami (cruise center), 7 minutes from Jackson Memorial Hospital, 5 minutes from Marlins Park and Little Havana, and 8 minutes from Brickell. Additionally, it's a 10-minute walk from the Miami Brightline central station.

The Space This apartment is in a very central location, close to downtown and the Miami River, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants like Seaspice, Crust, Rosetta Bakery at Virgin Miami Central, La Estación American Brasserie, and other places offering local flavors.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed, linens, toiletries, and free street parking. Although the neighborhood is vibrant and lively, we recommend that our guests avoid walking at night and always remain vigilant. However, the building itself is quiet and safe, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Guest Access Access to the property is through a keyfob stored in a lockbox at the building's entrance, which will provide you with exclusive access to the main door. To enter the apartment, a personalized code will be provided.

Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you arrive after that time, assistance will only be provided by phone unless prior arrangements are made. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs.

Other Things to Note The building may have occasional noise due to music or conversations between tenants. While we are committed to providing you with a comfortable stay, we cannot control external conditions outside of the apartment.

It is important to follow the check-in instructions correctly. We are not responsible for the loss of the keyfob, and a fee of 30 USD will apply if this happens. After 6:00 p.m., only phone assistance is offered.

Additionally, we are not responsible for vehicles parked on the street. The guest is responsible for parking correctly and ensuring no valuables are left in sight to avoid attracting unwanted attention.
