Westover Park Condo 108 - A quiet getaway on your way to the Great Smoky Mtns

We are located in a quiet residential area with beautiful trees and grass, not on a busy roadway.

Two-bedroom, two-bath condo, sleeps six (6). Master bath has a jetted tub. Master bedroom has a king-size bed; guest bedroom has two twin beds. Queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

Features: open living/dining area, wood fireplace, full kitchen, Internet with WiFi, cable TV, DVD player. Linens are provided. Apartment-size stackable washer/dryer. Outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), community gas grill, tennis court, small playground, picnic table. Outdoor parking for two (2) cars right in front of the condo, not on the street. Enclosed, screened porch in back.

Close to area attractions in Sevier County and the Great Smoky Mountains.

15 miles to Gatlinburg
31 miles to McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville)

The condo of was great. It was very close to my parents house which is what I was looking for. I would have appreciated maybe a keyless entry so as not to have to carry keys around but other than that everything else was good.

Needs some updating and paint repair/updating. Needs new linens that won’t hold the last persons hair in the pillowcases. Decently clean but small tvs. Kitchen well stocked but cabinets need a full paint job. Toilet in guest bath has air in the line or something super loud after flush. Few hundred bucks in paint would facelift this place nice. Quiet convenient area but we kept our vehicle locked ;)

The overall stay was nice and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit could have been a little cleaner in my opinion and could use more comfortable furniture and beds. But there's no place like home. Right? I would probably stay there again because over all, it wasn't bad and we had no issues.

Close to soaky mountain

Older condo, that was clean and comfortable. Driving up to the property was a mismatch of family homes which are very nice to driving down the lane between shady looking apartments. Pool was lovely.Washer is very loud, bathroom master sink drips on the left side. Not a bad stay..

A family-friendly place to stay!

Westover Park was a great place to stay!! We really enjoyed the convenience of being close to town without being IN town!! The staff was super nice & fixed a beeping smoke detector rather quickly! We would love to stay again!

Golf Adventure

Accommodate was clean, good well lighted Parking. So ok for two guys, but do not believe our wives would have found it acceptable. The property is a bit dated and with the basic facilities, no extras. One of the twin beds was slanted and the sink in the master bath sink had a leak.

Quiet and relaxing

The home was nice and clean, checking in late in the day was so easy with the after-hour check in process. Close enough to all activities but far enough for peace and quiet. We had a great time and would love to stay again.
