The house was full of mold. A large mold spot above the master tub, mold inside of the master bath sink cabinets, mold inside the air vents. My husband noticed the mold on our second day in the house. I contacted Milko with pictures and told him we were leaving and would like a refund. Milko immediately canceled our reservation and our

Enjoyed the Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and the Island. The house was pretty much as described, we just wish the master bed had been more comfortable including some new pillows needed. I will admit that we have a temperpedic at home so it can be difficult for us to transition to sleeping on a different mattress and flat. But personally found the bed uncomfortable. The pool and spa were amazing and having the TV in the Lani was nice for sports.

Beautiful home and conveniently located.

House was exactly as advertised and had everything you need for your home away from home. The kids loved the pool. Milko was very helpful and always available to answer any questions.

Great escape

The property manager, Milko, was very friendly, responsive and helpful. He offered local advice about activities that might enhance our stay. The property is beautiful, nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Location is nice being close to everything on island. Great lanai overlooking the canal- fantastic for watching March Madness outside. House has loots of room. Some updates needed - washer & dryer, refrigerator, paint and cleaning around ceiling vents, missing remote controls for TV, shutter would not open in back bed.

Very Disappointing.

House not maintained. Paint peeling in every bathroom, glaze on bathtub worn away, a dozen high ceiling light bulbs burnt out, window covering missing parts, programmed automatic setting on pool would not turn on heater, etc. Many furnishings in poor or very poor condition. Bath and pool towels discolored, frayed, many had holes; poolside furniture cushions filthy, worn out and several unusable; several of the kitchen small appliances not in working order; BBQ grill parts missing, grate glaze gone, three badly rusted butane tanks, all empty; and a host of other issues not expected in a high rated property of a Premier Host. Third and last extended VRBO rental on Marco Island for us.

Great place to stay for vacation.

Enjoyed staying at Milko's property. The house was very nice and the owner was easily accessible with the questions we had. We rented a pontoon boat a couple days and kept it at the dock which was great. The pool was nice and the hot tub heater worked great on a couple of the cool nights.

Exactly as Advertised

Nice property, easy to rent, no issues. Loved the property and the area. I would give a 10 out 10 but the furniture has seen better days. The Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and I would replace it. The house is setup for 10 people so for just the two of us, it had too much furniture. Found the living room sectional uncomfortable. Overall a very nice place, well worth renting. I expect to be back next year and will to rent this home again.

Perfect for our family

The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped! I picked this house because of the safety fence around the pool and was so glad I did! We spent most of our time outside with our 1 & 3 year old grandbabies and couldn't have done that without the fence. Milko was always available for help!! We will def stay there again!!

Great location

The home owner was very helpful and checked in during our stay. The house was clean and had everything you needed. The only complaint we had would be the sofa in the main room was very worn.
