Great Location!

This was perfect for us during Grad weekend at U of O. The hosts were such a pleasure to chat with and kept in contact to make sure our stay was great. There was plenty of space for us (a family of 3) so for a larger family, it will be perfect. The neighborhood was great to walk around in the morning. Large kitchen with everything you need. We bought groceries to cook at the house and enjoy the quiet! Would definitely stay again and tell our fellow Duck families to stay there! Thank you George and Nancy for a terrific stay! Go Ducks!

Ducks Football Weekend

Lovely home in nice neighborhood. Rented for small family gathering and place to stay on UO v OSU Football weekend. (Go Ducks) All necessary amenities for cooking. Three nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Outdoor patio and beautiful garden area to sit outside and have coffee. Would recommend and would stay again. George was quick responding to questions and check-in/out super easy. 👍🏻

Great Experience

Very nice home in a convenient location. Owners were responsive and helpful and amenities, etc. were exactly what we expected. Quiet neighborhood and great for walking!

Quiet neighborhood home close to U of O

We had a very nice quiet stay after a very hectic day of helping our grandson move in to his dorm at U of O. George's home is located on a quiet, tree lined street close to the University. Very nice backyard, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. I would recommend staying here when you have occasion to stay in Eugene.

2021 Graduation

It was a great house for a small get together for our family to celebrate graduation night from U of O for our daughter and a couple of her friends and their parents. Great neighborhood and location. Just bummed it rained the whole time we were there!

Couldn’t be any Easier

George was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process from booking, to checking in, to checking out. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at his property again. His laid back approach and willingness to see if we needed any help with our stay was greatly appreciated.

Great place...close to UofO

We had a great stay at this home and the logistics could not have been easier. I received an email with simple and clear access instructions, there was a guidebook on arrival and clear expectations for our stay. The house is clean and spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had no issues and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back as the location was close to UofO and the neighborhood was great. Thank you!

QUIET SURROUNDING BUT CLOSE TO TOWN

Thank you George for working with me considering I had a problem with VRBO on payment. The house was great as we had both of our adult children with us so we all got a bedroom. The house was spacious and never had the time to enjoy the large amazing backyard. The A/C was a blessing since it was hot two of the four days we stayed. All in all we enjoyed our stay! Thanks George

Great house!

We were visiting our UO student for the weekend. The house was the perfect spot - very comfortable, beautiful neighborhood and backyard with a deck. The owner’s communication was also excellent. We’ll be renting again!!
