メインフロアには、シッティングルーム、キッチン、ダイニングエリア、マスターベッドルームスイート、パウダールーム、独立したスタディがあり、快適に装飾されたオープンコンセプトのグレートルームがあります。フロントの部屋の大きな窓からは、コーブの景色が見え、明るく明るい居住空間になっています。
下階には、パティオとガーデンへの散策、さらに2つの大きめのベッドルームとフルバスルーム付きの更衣室があります。
カスタムメイドのキッチンには、キャビネット、石英製のワークトップ、ステンレス製の家電製品、大きなアイランド/朝食用バー、パントリーが装飾されています。
3つのベッドルーム：マスターとクイーンベッド、薄型テレビ。専用バスルームにつながるクローゼットを歩きます。クイーンベッド付きの2番目のベッドルーム。ツインベッド3台。
3つのバスルーム：シャワー付マスターバスルームと2つのシンク。浴室/シャワー付きの浴室;メインフロアパウダールーム。
その家は広い正面に広大な芝生と背面に森林を持つ大規模なプライベートロットに位置しています。

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful water front property. The property is spacious, with full amenities, even has full kitchen amenities such as spices, and we were able to stay in on some nights and make dinner. The location is perfect in that it's less than and hour to Halifax, and a easy drive to Lunenburg and Peggy's Cove. Chester is 5 min away with easy access to Foodland, and also a great farmers market on Friday morning.

This was advertised as a custom built home on beautiful Marriott’s Bay. It was that and more. A beautiful well equipped home. It had everything we needed. My wife and I were joined by our son, daughter in law and their two infant children. This house is located on a very quiet dead end street with many attractions a short drive away. We enjoyed daily walks with the kids and quiet time on the upper deck watching the tide come in. A very enjoyable holiday.

Perfect Family holiday spot

Grandparents, parents and 1 teen stayed for 1 week. The house was better than pictured. The area is beautiful, quiet and serene. The kitchen was really well stocked for appliances, tools and seasonings. The location is great seeing Lunenberg, Mahone Bay and Queensland Beach. Also an easy drive to Peggys Cove. The perfect home away from home made it relaxing to just stay at the house for the day as well. The chairs in the deck were perfect to read a book, listen to the birds and also watch the many different birds on the lawn and swimming in the cove. The host was extremly responsive and helpful.

Nova Scotia Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Marriotts's Cove home. The home was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. The home is in a great location to explore the area.

A great hous in a great location

This was a great spot for my wife an two adult children for a week, The location was easy to get to Lunenburg and Halifax but still out in the quiet right at the coast. The house was well cared for and had great wifi and cable TV, The photos are quite accurate.

Very good

House is comfortably and cushy furnished, completely equipped and very well maintained. Good location. Very pleasant Chester Golf Club nearby. Best house ever rented via VRBO.

Marriots cove

The house was lovely and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom basics and more - felt like home. We even found scotch tape and a couple of birthday candles. Configuration was perfect for grandparents, parents and two children. We loved the art collection. The children rode their bikes safely up and down the cove road. Our only negative was that it would have been good to have access to a dock to jump off to swim. We made good use of the Lido in Chester.

Well Stocked Home

We found the house easily enough and once we unpacked our belongings discovered that all the items I usually have to buy, were already provided for. Paper towels, TP, recycling bags, green bins, garbage bags, spices, Tupperware, all available to use. Very convenient. The master was spacious and bright, and the downstairs bedrooms were cool and dark. We were able to enjoy my dad’s 80th knowing that we would have a comfortable sleep afterwards. Thank you.

Relaxing place to stay

Beautiful home on Marriotts Cove. Everything was well stocked and all rooms nicely furnished. Very nice deck overlooking the cove to relax on. The home is in a great location with Chester a few minutes away (even a trail behind the home that you can walk/bike into town). To the south is Mahone Bay and Lunenberg then north is Hubbards with the Shore Club (and where Moonshine was being filmed).

Lovely well equipped property

This is a great property for an extended stay by a small family. Chester is a lovely community and Merriott’s Cove is a great location to base your touring of this part of Nova Scotia. Paul is a very friendly property manager who attended to our needs expeditiously.

Fantastic vacation

What a wonderful house , clean, well stocked and a great location.! I could sit on the balcony all day..so peaceful! Fit our family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs perfectly. Would definitely return!

Even lovelier than expected.

The home was more spectacular than the pictures conveyed. It was perfect for 2 small families, each with each own level, sharing kitchen and larger living space. Very dog friendly. It was beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked, as it is their home. We knew the community, and felt welcome. Close proximity to the village of Chester and lots of places to visit and beaches to enjoy. It was a wonderful base as we visited family.

Marriott House

This is a wonderful property and exactly what we were looking for - easy drive to the city, proximity to so many south shore attractions, water access, beautiful scenery and friendly neighbors. For paddlers/kayakers, great access to the protected waters of Mahone Bay and its islands. The home itself was equipped with everything you could want/need, with enough room for privacy when wanted as well as ample family gathering space. We would highly recommend this property.

Great 1st time visit to Nova Scotia

This was our 1st time visiting Nova Scotia and there was so much to see and do. This house was definitely suitable for our family of 4 plus the grandparents...so 6 of us in total!! The kitchen was definitely stocked with everything a person could need (minus an espresso machine, but the Kiwi cafe in Chester helped out in that avenue). The master bedroom upstairs was great for our grandparents. My only comment would be i would have liked a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom downstairs with better linens and a bit more storage/dressers for clothing in both secondary rooms. Definitely not a deal breaker by any means...just a suggestion. The location of this house was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit this round with being anywhere from 45min to an hour away. Missed seeing Cabot train and Cape Breton due to the distance...next time!! Favorite beach hands down was Rissers beach...make sure to check that beutiful beach. We even left behind some boogie boards for the next visitors!! Thank you for opening up your home for our stay!!

Beautiful house. Great location.

Our three week stay in Marriott's Cove was wonderful. The house was terrific and easily accommodated the family and friends who joined us at various times during our vacation. it was roomy, comfortable and peaceful. The location was great, convenient for travel to Halifax, Lunenburg and many other Nova Scotia attractions.

Our summer vacation

Wonderful house. Everything we could want was available. The area was quiet and the house overlooked Marriott's Bay. There were eight of us (family) and something to do for everyone. Shopping was convenient and distance to sightseeing was withing 30-45 minutes. We travelled to Halifax, Peggy's Cove, (not to be missed) Mahone Bay, Lunenburg and close by to Chester. We also did some beaches, explored The Ovens (caves and rocks) and went to Blue Rocks just south of Lunenburg. All in all a great holiday for all.

Marriott's Cove is a picturesque seaside community on the scenic, coastal Lighthouse Route, just minutes from the historic village of Chester.
The village amenities are just minutes away, including grocery store and pharmacy, as well as cafes, restaurants, artisan galleries and a seasonal Farmers' Market.
Chester also has a Yacht Club, golf course, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, Playhouse Theatre and a ferry service to the Tancook islands in the waters of Mahone Bay.
The area around Chester and Marriott's Cove is ideal for outdoor recreational pursuits including sailing, canoeing and kayaking, trail walking and cycling, as well as coastal exploring and sightseeing. There are also sandy beaches nearby.

Halifax is approximately 50 minutes' drive. The UNESCO World Heritage site of Old Town Lunenburg, the small town of Mahone Bay and picturesque Peggy's Cove are also within driving distance.
