Great location for travelers without a car

We decided to forego getting a rental car for this trip to Florida. There is grocery, restaurant, convenience, and pharmacy stores within a few minutes walk. The direct beach access was fantastic! Would stay here again.

We loved the roominess of the condo and the location was great! The service provided by TRS was excellent! Had a great time and loved being located on the beach. Could tell perhaps that the owners do not ever stay here or it would have gotten more attention.

Wonderful property and staff!! Would definitely stay again!! I much prefer staying at a place this size vs. a large resort. No waiting for the elevator or outdoor shower. Pool is never crowded. Nice and quiet property. Beach bar next door. Walking distance to Starbucks and Publix :) Room was nice and clean!! Only con was that there is a large public beach right next to the property, so the beach was a little more crowded here than other areas of the beach. It still is far less crowded than other places we have stayed though, such as Panama City Beach.

The unit was great but the sliding door in the living room was extremely hard to open. I could barely open it . We used the one in the master bedroom mostly, which wasn't easy to close. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the unit. The checking in and out was easy. We would love to stay here again. Location location location, the ideal location of Gulf Strand cannot be overstated. We had a very late check in and everything went very smooth. Management was very nice, polite and helpful. We are definitely planning to return next year.

said heated pool it could have been warmer hated the lock combination a 10 number gave directions to change number but could not figure it out even my 20 something grandchildren visiting from tampa couldnt change they did get my tv working for us 80 year olds but the condo was perfect for the 2 of us and in a perfect location my daughter and her family staying in pass a grill so very close the rusty cast iron frying pans were terrible and we like to make breakfast and lunch and eat out once a day i would stay again if they made these changes

Perfect Location

This location is absolutely perfect. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach. Room has everything you need. This is a great place to spend a vacation on the beach. Highly recommend.

Great location for a babymoon

We wanted to do a quick beach trip with a few days to relax before baby comes. The condo was great. We really liked the grills and pool to hang out in as well. The small resort made it really convenient and quiet. Publix is across the street, which was great for last minute grocery needs and to get a pub sub to eat on the beach!

Nice vacation spot

This property was very clean and organized. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. The walk to the beach is scenic and short. Would stay here again!
