Great Stay! Great location!

The location is fantastic--walking distance to beach and restaurants/shops!Some minor issues with the unit; however, the property management was on top of anything we asked! We would definitely stay again!

Great location

Location was fantastic. Right across the street from public beach access, and just a short walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment at John's Pass. Check in and check out process was very easy. The condo itself was clearly well-used, and had some cosmetic issues, but it was clean enough when we checked in, and was spacious enough for our family. Would book here again.

Spring break escape

Great location with all the amenities needed to feel like home while on vacation. Short walk to the beach and John's Pass. Only reason for a 4 star rating is the place needed a deep clean and some fresh paint.

Location & view was what we expected. The Unit was (dirty)not what we expected...pictures on line were deceiving. We will not return!

Cleanliness

The sheets in the master were stained and had sand all in the covers. The floors were dirty, dusty, and sandy as well. For a 2 bedroom condo we only got 3 towels for our body's for a 4 night stay on the beach and couldn't provide me with at least 2 more. But overall staff was nice and condo was good other than the cleanliness

Overall great stay

We had some issues with our room on the first night, however the next morning we were moved to a much better room with a great view. Overall great stay, great location, boardwalk is just steps away!

Nice location, decent unit with nice view, needs updating

Location of the resort is awesome. Short walk to John's Pass to shopping & restaurants.The beach is directly across the street. Nice having underground parking. The condo has a nice partial ocean view and we enjoyed the balcony. There is construction of a new high rise across the street but it did not obstruct the view. Noise from construction wasn't to bad considering it was directly in front of us. This wasn't mentioned ahead of time. The condo was clean ( except the Keruig coffe maker was full of mold inside so we only used the regular coffee maker) & spacious and had everything we needed. However, it needs to be drastically updated with new paint and furnishings considering the price charged is the same for much more modern units in the building. Our stay was only for 2 nights. If we were staying longer I would have requested another unit. Front desk staff & the manager were awesome. All in all it was a nice stay but I expected more for the price.

not happy on street and all you hear is traffic and a lot of young people rent these units to party so you hear people partying inside and traffic noise all the time so it is not relaxing
