Our experience was great! We stayed in June of 2025 with our one and three year old. The walls were thick (thanks goodness because my baby is LOUD) and the resort room was well furnished and updated. The location is great! We were on the intercoastal side, so we just sat outside and watched the fish and manatees from our balcony. There were two crosswalks very close to the building, so you could easily get to the beach. It was a five minute walk to John's pass and there were many other places to eat or drink nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient stay at the beach

The unit was clean, comfortable (great beds!) with a lovely balcony to watch the marina life. Very short walk to the beach.

Only complaint

We are senior citizens and the tub/shower were very unsafe with nowhere to hold onto for entry and exit. That was the only thing I found a problem. Everything else was wonderful. Very clean unit!

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed everything from the location, to the cleanliness and comfort. Had everything we needed to enjoy making meals. We would def. Recommend. Will def. Look to book again.

Disappointed with communication and lame charge

Would have scored higher but the runaround we have gotten on a lame damage charge was horrible customer service. A faulty part in the bathroom was charged to us that could have been that way when we arrived but they refused to discuss with us. Will never consider this property again as quality customer service is key for us.

Good weekend getaway

Overall our stay here was enjoyable. Plenty of space for 2 adults and right across the street from the beach. We had a car so we were able to drive to other beaches in the area to explore. While the unit was updated other areas of the property were definitely a little outdated. The only other thing to note which is small but as someone who goes to the beach often the unit was not super well equipped with certain items.

Great location, nice condo

Family of four stayed for about 5 days…. Great location right across from the public beach and short walk to John’s Pass. We saw dolphins right behind the pool and a manatee right below our balcony. Condo was very nice and well maintained. The only thing we didn’t care for was the balcony. It is rather small and open to all surrounding balconies. It has no walls at all, just a railing. Not the end of the world, but just make sure you realize that. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, well appointed

Convenient walk to John’s pass, check in was a breeze. No issues or complaints at all. Would not hesitate to book here again.

Great place

Very nice condo, comfy master king bed, nice furniture and tvs. Well kept place. Nice little patio to enjoy morning coffee. Everything around this area is easy to navigate and walk, from the beach to restaurants to shopping. Parking easy and convenient. Wifi works well also.

Perfect view

Condo was well maintained, clean with all the necessary amenities. View of the bay/inlet was perfect for sunrise watching. Close walk to the pass and beach (less than 5 minutes)
