Everything to complete your dream Florida vacation is within your reach! Start the day sipping coffee and watching a spectacular sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway. Head directly across the street and stroll barefoot along the powdery white sand of Madeira Beach. Swim in the heated pool overlooking the marina. Boat slip rentals are available at Madeira Bay Docks. And finish off the day with a short walk to the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk with its quaint shops, outstanding restaurants, and live entertainment.

At home, the inside of your suite is equally impressive with upgraded amenities and tropical decor. The family room and primary suite have access to the main balcony with views of the Intracoastal and the marina's lineup of yachts. The guest bedroom also has a small private balcony.

Along with a beautiful view, the inviting living room features plenty of stylish, comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and an adjacent dining area. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and includes both a regular and Keurig coffee maker. Added touches include smart TVs, USB chargers, and memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. A second computer monitor and HDMI hookup make working remotely a breeze.

Great Location and place to stay

Convenient to the beach, out the door and just across the street and a 6 minute walk to John's Pass for dinner and shopping. Easy to park and access to the room. The Condo was spacious and clean. Loved the 2 balconies overlooking the marina. Would love to stay here again.

Sisters trip

Lovely stay at this condominium beautifully done and very clean. My sister and I rented this condo last year and we decided to do it again this year. Very nice and everything from the beach to John Pass Shops was in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Would stay over and over!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. Well stocked kitchen, and beach accessories too. It was immaculately clean, spacious and was in a very safe location, close to everything we had planned. Can’t wait to stay again.

Spacious, Clean, Quiet, close to beach

This is one of the most spacious and comfy VRBO I have stayed with. My sister and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, newer coffee maker, laundry. The LR has two couches and sliding doors to a balcony. We only had a view of the marina but at the elevator, we could see the ocean through a big window. The best feature: to get to the beautiful beach, we just had to walk across the road and walk a short path. John’s Pass Boardwalk with shopping and restaurants was only a short walk up the street. I would stay here again.

Perfect location

The property is just as it is presented. Spacious, clean. Walls and ceiling are “thin” though. Easy to hear your neighbors. The pool is smallish, but nice. But their is no restroom. You have to return to your condo to use the restroom. There’s an awful lot of people standing in the pool, with drinks in their hands, for many hours. Families with small children too. No place for them to go, and kids can’t “hold it” easily.

Good Stay That Could Use a Few Things

Condo was as described however plumbing issues left us with low water pressure in one shower and a tub that didn't drain properly in the other. Check-in and check-out times are also less than desirable but other than that our stay was nice.

We had a great time at this property and would stay again. Only complaints net is that Keurig was in need of cleaning as was shower head in guest bath. Other than that; everything was clean and well maintained.

Excellent week for family

The process or renting this property was very easy and the condo was exactly as portrayed. The layout and size of rooms were what the pictures showed. We needed help with an extra parking space and Vacasa (and Cassie) saved the day for us! We had no issues and it was a picture perfect week for all of us. I would rent again!

Spring Break 2022

Had a WONDERFUL time staying at this property and in the area! Property Managers were attentive and quick to communicate with questions and such. Beach access immediately across street and easy for all, including teens, to walk and spend the day, yet come back to grab lunch or anything else that might have been needed. John's Pass was easily walkable for all - adults to grab a drink and teens to hit the shops or grab ice cream! Thoroughly enjoyed stay and location!

Great Location to Beach and attractions.

This is an awesome place to stay. Parked the car and walked to many attractions such as Tiki tours, John's pass as well as the Madeira beach across the street. Many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Stayed 10 days and never ran out of things to do. Pool seemed small for the complex but beach was nearby.

Beautiful condo in prime location!

This condo was outstanding! Tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, great furniture, kitchen accessorized, beach necessities galore, and location location location. We were able to keep the vehicle parked and walked to John's Pass daily. Loved it! We will definitely look to book in the future!

Home away from Home

Not sure why we have never done this. As a large family we always need to book two hotel rooms. For the same price, we had so much space to spread out and everything you needed for the beach or for the stay was right there in the Condo. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay.

Dishwasher did not work and I had to hand wash all the dishes from the previous travelers and the shower head in the guest bathroom is old and dirty. Other than that, there were no complaints from our stay. It was overall a very nice condo. We enjoyed using all the beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. It was nice not having to bring our own.
