The unit was clean and had several amenities which made our trip enjoyable- kitchen start up, mask/snorkels, coolers, fans, pool, beach chairs etc. The porch overlooking the ocean and with crashing waves was great! Great Condo, Great Service, Great Location, No A/C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My condo in Sea Village was quite well laid out, the furnishings and amenities were very nice. Items included about the condo made a bit of cooking easy and trips to the beach comfortable. The view over the bay was amazing with my morning coffee. And, although there were many fans, the lack of air-conditioning made for some sweltering nights. I was told by others that some of the rental units had A/C and perhaps on a return trip I will make extra sure that mine has it

Best Place to Relax & Unwind

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Kona was amazing. We had everything we needed in the unit. The photos don't do it justice. The sound of the pounding surf...the ocean breeze...meals on the lanai overlooking the stunning landscape, and the sunsets. The location was the perfect distance from the center of town. We could walk to town, or easily drive and park. We were close to a grocery store which had the most amazing ocean view. We miss it already and can't wait to go back.

We loved this property! From the moment we entered the front door and the stunning view from the lanai greeted us, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay in Kona. This property is exactly as described with comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen, amazing views and a nice supply of beach gear to enjoy snorkeling, beach and pool time. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee and an eve glass. Easy access into Kona Town as well. We had one minor issue and the response to our request was quickly resolved. Perfect stay!

Enjoyed the condo, the complex was great with the pool and bbq area. The complex is an easy walk into town for restaurants and shops.

Lovely unit with great oceanfront views

The alcondo unit was very clean and tastefully decorated with local decor. We really appreciate the "extra amenities" such as snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach mats. We would highly recommend this place at Sea Village to family and friends.

Sea Village 4-205 Kona Hawaii

Best view of the Kailua Kona beach front - we had dolphins a couple of days. beautiful sunset's just a relaxing place. We will do it again in the future.
