Clean, comfortable, kitchen had all the basics for cooking a meal. Just the TV was really small and awkwardly placed. Conveniently located to Tahoe city and the ski resorts.

Great condo! Close to the pools and the playground for the kiddos and a nice little 10-15 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay in great location

Unit was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our family of four. Location was great - close to Tahoe City, Carnelian Bay, and Palisades/Alpine. Property was clean and well-stocked. Would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable stay at a convenient location

The apartment is well kept and the location is great. It is small but with a pleasing aesthetic. The only room of improvement was in cleanliness - the shower curtain from the inside had some dirt and we found a couple of insects (not bedbugs) on the bedding.

Quaint little place.

Location was perfect and the cleanliness of the property was superb. The hostess was friendly and accommodating!! The couches and bed were super comfy. Perfect for our mini vacation.

Cute Little Condo

We had a great time at the Lake Forrest condo. Check-in was easy and went smoothly. The community is quiet and people are friendly. The location was perfect. Close enough to beach access that you could walk (I would suggest bringing a wagon to carry your stuff). The property has two pools, tennis courts, and a playground, so there was plenty for the kids to do. There is a popular breakfast/lunch spot walking distance from the condo. Other than buying groceries, we had no need to drive anywhere. Everything we wanted to do we could get to by foot. It was a very relaxing stay. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Lake Tahoe.

Two nights in Tahoe

We stayed in the Lake Forest condo for 2 nights while on a 10 day CA road-trip. The condo was easy to find and had parking right at the door. Instructions from the owner were clear and communication with them was instant. There was no air conditioning, but with fans and temperatures in the 40’s at night, it was very pleasant to sleep at night. Right out the back door is the adult’s quiet pool and hot tub. The 4 stars for accuracy of listing was for not having a bbq grill anymore. New regulations on short term rentals made the grill go away. It was a nice place to stay.

Everything pretty fine!

Nice! Very clean and pleasant. A little noisy if we left downstairs windows open to cool condo. Very near pool and pickle ball, but when we closed windows, no problem. Refrigerator freezer a little noisy, but not unduly so. Fans made up for no cooler, for the most part. No iron or steamer for clothes (and not listed in anmenities) and could find neither in town. Note to self to bring a little hand steamer next time. For most part, pleasantly surprised at how well condo set up.

Great location, very comfortable stay

This property was very well located, walking distance from the lake. Very clean and comfortable. Our kids also enjoyed the swimming pool during our stay.

Nice Tahoe apartment

This property was cute and very clean, and conveniently located near Northwest Tahoe beaches. The community has nice amenities including 2 pools, tennis and Pickleball courts, and playgrounds, but I'm not sure if you can rent or borrow request or paddles. Kitchen was nicely appointed, and washer and dryer were in unit. Coffee and detergent were provided, which made life easier! Nice back porch for drinking coffee and enjoying some bird watching. Tv size could definitely be upgraded downstairs, and I think a fan should be available in every room since there are no ac's in Tahoe. I was happy with our stay and would stay again.
