We had a family wedding in L.A. We rented this home for four nights. Nine adults and two kids under five. It was the perfect spot. Clean, huge, air conditioned during a heat wave, walking distance to LACMA. Perfect! Our host, Josh, was amazing. During the whole process, from booking three months ahead of time, to answering any questions accurately and immediately, he was a gentleman and assured us of our rental and its features. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Thank you Josh!

We stayed at this property, as a family of 10, for a week in July 2025. The location was phenomenal - central to all tourist areas in LA, easy to get to, etc. We had 2 vehicles with us - parking in the driveway was so convenient. The house was spacious and well equipped for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with any kitchen tool, dish, equipment you could think of for making meals t home. Josh provided towels, soap, toilet paper, all of the essentials, so that you felt at home right away. I loved the fact that there was laundry on site, we used the washer/dryer throughout our trip. The beds were so comfortable - phenomenal. Josh checked in on us a few times throughout the trip via text, just making sure we had everything we needed, asking if we had any questions, etc. The few times I did have questions, he was super prompt in replying. Overall an amazing stay, I would highly recommend booking this property.

Wedding of the year

My family and I traveled for a wedding. We had visiting family and friends and this spacious home allowed for everyone to hang in the same room as well as break off into separate groups.Kids were able to run around in back yard with no worry of them ending outside.The skylights were my favorite part. Ceiling’s are high and rooms are spacious we never felt cramped.If another trip is needed I would definitely do this house again.Manager was easy to work with and always available if needed.All in all great stay

Wonderful

My family and my sisters family all stayed with plenty of room. There is one bedroom on first floor if stairs are an issue. Owner was easy to reach. One tip: top lock turns right to open, bottom lock turns left to open.

Great Location!

The house had a great location especially if you are wanting to do things in Hollywood area. You could walk to several different museums and parks. We had a family of 11 with 3 different families and a grandma. (7 Adults and 4 teens). There was a bathroom in each of the adults bedrooms and one for the kids to share. The only downside was the kitchen is lacking on pans (cookie sheets) and a few other things and the house is a bit run down. But that aside it was a great house.

A Memorable Birthday Weekend

I had a memorable 60th birthday weekend in LA and staying at the Mid-Wilshire property made it all possible. From start to finish, Josh was very accommodating and very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood on a quiet street. Just a couple tips for future residents: parking is limited with only 3 spots and no street parking. The place is spacious, clean but aging - please don't expect a new home. It is walking distance from the Grove and short driving distance to everything you will need.

Excellent stay for a family of large group

The property manager was very accessible and helpful. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. There were so many amenities and household items at the house- paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods. Great sunroom. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. It was the perfect place for our large group of adults and small children to rest and play.

Excellent rental home for a large group

We were in town for our son's graduation from USC. This location was a reasonable distance from the airport and campus, and in a fun location for museums, not far from the beach, etc. It is seven bedrooms with six baths so that was the main reason we chose this property. Josh was an excellent owner/host. He was available for check in and made sure everything worked well. We had one issue with a shower in one bathroom and he had his maintenance person there within a couple of hours to fix it. There are large gathering spaces in the house that were nice for a large group. We would go back!

Roomy Property Close to Everything!

My entire family (all 11 of us) stayed at this property from Dec 22-25, 2019 and were thoroughly impressed with the location and ease of getting around. It is within walking distance to the tar pits which is where several bus tours stop, so if you sign onto a tour, like we did, it is very convenient to stroll over to the tour stop and hop on. Communication with the owner was a breeze and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Los Angeles.

Great property but wouldn’t go again

Property is really good, great neighborhood, loved the kitchen, loved the artistic taste of the host, comfortable and cozy place, liked the beds they were comfortable, kids loved the place. The downside I feel is the parking, it’s too tight, no outlet to charge your car as the garage is locked, you give the host prior notice to get access. My big issue was the water for shower as there are multiple bathrooms but I would say at a time only 3 might work well for shower. As we were large group it was really inconvenient. When mentioned this and other items we found in the house to the host, he said my expectations were “out of wack”! Host offered me a credit after 1st day and asked to leave the place in a hour, we came for 3days and Had tight schedule we didn’t have time to relocate and find a new place we just stayed there. Great place but not great experience, will not go again.

Large perfectly located home

Well maintained home in Mid Wilshire walking distance to museums, etc. Lots of room. Host was available and extremely helpful. We would definitely book again for our next LA family gathering.

Overall very nice!

This property is very nice and very well furnished! We did have a few shower/water pressure issues, and the property was not ready until 1 hour after check-in time, but our experience was good overall.
