Wonderful, cozy condo with backyard access to outdoors

We had an absolutely lovely stay in this cozy Wildernest condo outside of Silverthorne. We could tell the owners invested in making sure the furniture and decor was high quality (beds and bedding were amazing!) and the condo was well-appointed and nicely updated, especially given the age of the building. We loved sitting by the gas fireplace and my son enjoyed the property hot tub. Location was perfect - Just outside town but a very quick drive to downtown Silverthorne. My husband and I had to work for much of our vacation, and we loved being 6 minutes from the the BlueBird market where we set up our mobile office during our stay. Right out the back there is a network of trails that we explored daily with the kids - super convenient for our family, as we are still working around nap schedules so it's tough to get in the car to find hiking adventures. We even saw a moose and her baby right up the street! Owners were very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Ski Weekend Getaway

This was an ideal place to stay for our ski weekend. It is conveniently located so that many ski resorts are only 15-30 minutes away with easy access to i70. Beds were comfortable and living area spacious with a fireplace. Hot tub just steps away from the front door and it was also quiet during the evenings. Host was quick to respond and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Appartamento molto confortevole. Posizione strategica per andare a sciare molto tranquillo. Ben accessoriato anche se alcune pentole un po' "datate". Unica cosa a sfavore lavatrice e asciugatrice "troppo rumorose" sicuramente da cambiare. Noi 4 marito.mogliene 2 figli di 20 e 22 anni siamo stati molto bene.

Beautiful condo with nice furnishings. Great location between Breckenridge and Vail. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. First floor convenience was wonderful. Hope to stay at Salt Lick 4812 in the future.

Nice condo with great furnishings. First floor location was wonderful. Central location between Breckenridge and Vail. Instructions for check-in and check-out were timely and clear. Will stay there again if available on next trip.

Family ski vacation

Love Salt Lick Condos and all of the amenities that come with it. This was our third time staying at Salt Lick but in 3 different condos. Property management at 4812 were very helpful. But, a couple of issues in the condo need to be addressed. The master bath tub is a jet spa tub that blower jets did not work, plus it is so tall that is was hard to step over to get into to take a shower. Also, the dryer made so much noise when drying that you couldn’t hear the TV when it was running…even made this noise with nothing in it. Really loud! Sounded to me like it was dying tennis shoes. And, the beautiful gas fireplace worked great for two days then quite, just like that. Management said they could not do anything about it because there were no technicians that could come to check it out due to it being between Christmas and New Year. We are from Florida and we’re so looking forward to a fireplace. But, it is what it is. 🤷‍♀️ Still, fabulous condo!

Great place in the mountains

Great place in the mountains right by the high way and accessible to many sites and locations. Google did send us to the wrong location but it was easy to find it via Apple Maps / directions by the property manager.

Salt Lick Condo in the Fall is Beautiful

This is a perfect place to stay and enjoy hiking right outside your back door. We enjoyed the view from this condo and it was a perfect place to stay. You are close to town and yet it was quiet and serene. This is our second time to stay in this condo and we will not hesitate to rebook in the future.

Great Ski Trip

Great location backing up to open space. Would love to stay longer to explore more of the local area. Located very close to the hot tub, which was a huge hit with the kids.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very nice stay. The condo was clean, and there were plenty of linens and other supplies for our group of 4. We weren't at the condo very much as we were mostly sight seeing but it was a great place and would recommend it to anyone.

Last minute trip

This condo was perfect for my son and me. We planned a last minute snowboarding/ ski trip everything was perfect about the place. Location was great for getting to multiple resorts quickly. The owner was very quick to answer a question that I had on arrival. I highly recommend this home.

Easy quiet spot for a family

Great location to move around ski mountains. The back porch goes right out to open space for snowshoeing or hiking. Ground floor ao easy to unload the gear. Well stocked kitchen. If your kids sleep light maybe bring a noise machine. There arent stocks of extra blankets or pillows so bring those. There are plenty of towels. We love Salt Lick Condos as a spot to stay.

You have an amazing backyard! A great way to start any day looking out into the open space of trees, snow and mountains. The beds were comfortable and we had all the items we needed to cook. We hope to return to enjoy the area during summer.
