The condo was perfect. Nicely decorated and clean. It had everything we needed and more. Access to the beach can’t be beat! Cyndi is an amazing host! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be back.

Perfect Beachfront Stay

My friend and I stayed a couple days and the condo was exactly what we were wanting. It’s decorated so cute, the check-in/ check-out process was easy, the beach was fabulous and so nice to have the chair service included! would definitely go back!

This place was super cute and just steps from the beach! Cyndi was an amazing host and answered any and all of our questions very promptly!!!! If you forgot anything at home, she had it available! Very quiet location which is exactly what we were looking for! Awesome!!

Perfect Florida place to stay!

Very well kept up Condo, everything you need and more! Beach is literally steps from your door, condo is neat and clean, great balcony views, and close to every attraction. We can't wait to stay here again!

Villas Capri

Our favorite small condo in Ft Walton. Very cozy and great beach access. The beach is never crowded in this area.

Very Hospitable

Honeymoon Perfection

My wife and I wanted to recreate our first vacation together for our honeymoon and what a gem we found. Cyndi is thoughtful, kind and communicative. The condo is PERFECT. Steps from the water and a few minutes drive from every kind of restaurant you could ever want. The only reason I gave our stay 5 stars is because I can’t give it 6!!!!

Beautiful long weekend

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our anniversary. The location is great- you are literally steps from the beach- and the chair service was great. Nothing beats the gulf coast sunrises and sunsets in October!

Had a good stay

Loved how close the condo was to the beach, great view from balcony, owner is nice, and the room was clean. Building is older and the condo could use some upgrades! We had a good stay!

Last week was my 3rd time staying here and I’m already booked again! I absolutely love this condo! It’s really clean, decorated so cute, close to the beach and it feels like home! Stocked with anything you could possibly need and Cyndi is the sweetest! Counting down the days until our next stay!

Perfect Vacation!

Went for a getaway for the week on beach. Hostess was amazing at communication. Condo was beautiful and clean. Entire process was smooth. Location could not be better. Parking was great!
