Excellent vacation spot

The property was very nice, clean and well kept. The private parking was a huge plus. The owners were responsive and courteous and made sure we had a great stay.Highly recommend!!!

Great place, just as listed

Great place, just as listed. Back patio is a great place to get a peak of the ocean and sit and relax. Convenient to have linens and towels provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect timing

This is the perfect spot for beach lovers. Quaint and mostly quiet, it offers a view from the balcony and the sounds of the waves with morning coffee. I did have some mild issues, but they were easy to remedy.

Cozy unit for a couple. Excellent location. The unit was clean and stocked with many essentials. The price was fair. Would recommend.

Perfect!

We had a perfect weekend getaway for the Oceans Calling Festival. We brought our bikes and loved about quick ride to the venue each day. The place was quiet and clean, and we loved the deck!

The proximity to the beach was great. Sleeping on the pull out couch was worse than the floor.

The rental overall was good.

Perfect spit for family

The beach was right behind the property and was very clean. The owners had a clean storage room with amole chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Also, washer and dryer was accessible and a bonus.

Amazing Getaway

This place was the perfect spot for my daughter and I. Not only was the location perfect to walk to the beach and get lunch/dinner everyday, there were were all supplies know to man that you would need to enjoy your stay. We loved the access to these supplies such as the cart to roll all our stuff to and from the beach, the beach toys, umbrella, and chairs! All this was great to have because it ment we didn’t have to really pack much! Loved staying here!

Perfect little spot

Easy check in/out. Great little place to crash between relaxing on the beach or cruising Ocean City. Parking in the designated spot not feasible if you have a large vehicle, which they tell you ahead of time. time

Great location , not to far ,not to close

Great location , short walk to the beach is an understatement. It is a 30 second walk from the condo till your toes hit the sand, and the edge of the beach/ocean is much closer than the trek you have to make when staying on the boardwalk. Full kitchen was awesome. All amenities included. Private parking space was great. Beats driving around a hotel parking lot hoping to find a spot if you move your vehicle. Would stay here again for sure.

nice condo with a view

all was good. owners are quick to respond. had everything we needed. wall AC is loud and maybe need more instructions as it kept cutting off at night time. also ac vent needs cleaned. overall a great stay and would stay again.

Ocean City Bike week

The club typically comes every year and usually they stay in a hotel but this year they asked if I could find a house and I said what about a vrbo? They said maybe so I looked for one and yours had good reviews and availability and was close to where we wanted to stay. The parking was also a major plus for us as we bring our bike trailer, just in case. This turned out to be a Great experience! We would love to do it again. Thank you.

Dominica Beach

Property is great, was clean inside and cozy. Perfect for a few days as a couple. Parking height wasn’t disclosed until week prior and is less than described. Chairs and umbrellas for everyone’s use are in poor condition, chairs are rusted umbrellas are broken. Laundry was full of sheets, blankets and towels from all the units in the designated washer for our unit prohibiting us from doing laundry.

I absolutely love this place. Super cute condo that was extremely clean. Excellent communication with property managers. No problems with check in or out. The storage rooms have everything you need to enjoy the beach from beach chairs to sunscreen. Access to washer and dryer also wonderful. Whoever thought of this was genius and awesome to not have to lug that stuff from home. View from Condo #1 was great. I traveled with my mom but would feel extremely secure and safe staying in any of these condos by myself. Dominica Beach was awesome and I can't wait to stay again. Also the location to the convention center was great and so convenient during Springfest, I came back on the express bus and walked the one block back to the condo so parking was a breeze. Herb and Carolyn you have a truly wonderful place and now I don't want to stay anywhere else but at Dominica beach. Thank you for everything.

Nice Stay

This was a very nice place to stay, small but still roomy. It had a pretty nice view of the Ocean just being 1 house away from the beach. Everything needed is provided, with a well-equipped kitchen, beach items, and laundry room in basement area. I would stay here again.

Love Dominica beach

Love staying here. Second stay in unit 1. Has everything we need. Condo super clean. Ease of access to condo, beach equipment, and washer dryer and of of course the ocean. Will be staying again on our next trip to Ocean city.

We will stay again!

The property was very clean. Great location to so many good spots in Ocean City. Very close access to the bus line and a lot of food options within walking distance as well. We had a small issue with a television and the hosts replied immediately and sent someone over to remedy the issue within an hour. Additionally, great offerings in terms of beach items. We used the chairs and umbrellas multiple times during our stay. The beach being 20 steps from the rental unit was also a huge plus! We already have said we would 100% stay with Dominica again. Highly reccomend

5 day getaway

My daughter and I stayed 5 days/4 nights. Beach access was great, area was within walking distance to food and shopping. Carolyn was wonderful and condo, although small was perfect for us. The only issue was that you hear the tenants from above walking around, moving things and what not all day/night. Maybe next time I would get a second floor condo. Really a nice, relaxing time!

Great condo, super clean and awesome view of beach. Perfect location and quiet neighborhood. Only steps from the beach! Loved the private balcony! Would stay here again! Covered parking is a big plus.
