Good location

Overall good stay. Location was prime with a great view. Old building but nice and quiet. Unit desperately NEEDS air conditioning. It was ridiculously hot at night even with the fans on.

Secure, comfortable older style accommodation professionally maintained gardens and pool area (bit cold for this time of year) visually relaxing and the ocean is unobstructed

Great location

Great spot. In terms of the room... it could do with new fans in the bedrooms. The old ones are very noisy. Otherwise very clean and well presented. Good value for the Sunshine Coast.

Weekend at Mooloolaba

Perfect location for weekend sports at the Beach. Only downside was we booked for the view which was unfortunately impeded by scaffolding for building maintenance. If this was not there we wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Overall, we rated this property as excellent. The apartment was quite spacious being an older building but the decor and furnishings were modern and comfortable. The only downside was the shower being over a spa bath. As an older couple, this was a little unnerving. Transport was virtually at the door and quite frequent. The pool and surrounds were in excellent condition.

Nice place to relax

Older style apartment but well maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Nice view to the ocean across the road. Bus stop outside property made it easy to travel up or down using a GO card and regular buses. The shower is over the spa bath so is a bit tricky to get in and out of if you are older.

Apartment has lovely views, comfortable beds, nice pool.On arrival the bedroom lights and fan did not work, and the bathroom had unsafe exposed electrical wires in the broken light switch. Electrician came on the 3rd day after having to chase up the rental agents to sort it out. Rental agents said they knew about the issues before we arrived. We were given WiFi details but there was no such network. Agents did not respond, so no WiFi.Informed that 75 of our bond would not be refunded if the bbq was not clean on check out. Because of this I checked it. On arrival BBQ was both dirty and broken. Unable to be used. Other than these issues it was a nice apartment, just unfortunate there were multiple electrical issues, no WiFi and no bbq. Agents did not respond to emails and we had to chase up. It should not have been our responsibility to get issues in the apartment sorted.

Great Location/Nice Apartment

PROS: Kitchen has everything you need. Nice views from balcony, lounge room and master bedroom. Elevator for those of you who sprain your ankle on arrival unloading gear from roof racks in the dark.:)) One car garage is good for storage of extra gear. Balcony with table and chairs for chilling. Washer and dryer. Pool for the warmer months. Close to the shops at Mooloolaba. Secure front door locks. Body boards in cupboard of 2nd bedroom.(only found them later) Foxtel TV, CONS: No wifi, small hot water heater so no chance of filling spa bath but enough hot water for showers. Garage didn't lock but used our own padlock.

Great location

This unit was neat and clean and in a great location to explore the surrounding beaches. It was hot and without security screen doors on the beach side, so we had the doors closed while we slept, so it was hot at night. No A/C or ceiling fans... Great location and neat unit overall a pretty good stay.

Great location lovely unit

Stunning location with direct view to beach from balcony. So much thought put into making everything feel like home. Fully contained kitchen, beds very comfortable, great layout. Not 5 star but everything we wanted. Beautiful lounge and view from lounge outstanding. Would benefit from larger hot water system as not enough hot water to fill spa adequately but spa worked perfectly. Loved our stay and can’t wait to stay here again!!

Lovely location

Older style apartment. Quiet comfortable. Main bedroom window could not be closed due to faulty winder mechanism so security could be an issue. No flywire on the window either so easy for mozzies to enter. Couch had some stains. Otherwise all good with lovely views and easy walk to beach and restaurants.
