We stayed about 2 weeks in this apartment.
The check in wasn't that smooth, cause we tried to contact the property manager upfront but nobody replied. So we didn't know where to get the key. When we arrive in Australia and finally called them, they were only open one more hour, so we have been in a rush to get there in time. Think it is easy for locals but when you are foreign arriving from an outside country, this is not easy to handle. When we arrived the balcony was really dirty but the apartment itself was spotless clean.
As the towel and linen need to be brought or rented we just bought them at K-Mart, cheaper than renting (more than 65 Dollar).
The apartment offers cooking things but no groceries like oil, soap, tissue, washing liquid,... the plates could be more. So you still need to buy all. But the apartment has nice furnitures and is in good location close to some cafes, shops, bakery and really close to the ocean. The wifi is good and stable.
There is only one AC in the living room and if you open the windows the sound of the roller blind is annoying.
All in all some little things could be improved, but we enjoyed our stay there and felt home.
