Apartment Reve a Riva is a comfortable ground floor apt in the heart of the old town of Split. It is set on a quiet street just 250m from the Diocleceans Palace. It has a modern open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, dining and living area and a shower room. It is 2km to the nearest beach.

The apartment has a modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area, two double bedrooms and shower room . It is located on the ground floor in an area called Varoš.

Varoš is an ideal location for exploring the Diocleans Palace, its ancient alleyways and squares, now home to up-market shops and cafes and bars.

Alternatively use this home as a base for exploring the islands of Brac and Hvar and the World Heritage town of Trogir just 20km away.

The apartment is 5 mins walk from the wooded Marjan hill, a great place to walk and cycle and get great views over the old city.

And it is 2km from the large sandy Bacvice beach with seafront cafés and restaurants right by. A 5 minute bus ride away (bus no. 28 from the church close by Reve a Riva) is Kašuni beach with its great beach life with 2 beach bars, water sports and massage tents.

Ultra Europe is in Split each July. A great date in the European party calendar! Book this apt to enjoy this event! It's just a 15 mins walk to the venue.

The ferry station is 600m from the apartment for exploring the islands of Brac and Hvar. The bus station is also 500m from apartment for exploring many towns and cities in Croatia such as Trogir just 20km away. There is large sandy Bacvice beach only 2km from the apt with seafront cafés and restaurants.

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by flight. Split airport is 27 km away. The management company will send full photo directions to you in advance of your holiday.

Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.

Directions to the apartment: You will check in at the apartment using the key safe. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment.
We will be in touch before and during your stay to give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay.

The location of this stay was amazing. It was so close to everything including the promenade, Marjan Hill, and even walkable to Zone 3 parking for more affordability. The wifi works well and we had no issues with check in or communicating with the owner.The linens were clean, however, the floors did not feel super clean (dirt or crumbs) when we arrived, so we took out the vacuum and did it again ourselves. There was also a clog in the bathroom sink that got worse as our stay continued. We let them know about this, but we ended up having to adjust the drain from the bottom so we could wash our hands. It seems thay they perhaps need to put some work into this stay.We also understood the "basic soaps" to include body soap, but this is not a feature, so I recommend bringing your own or prepare to purchase it in town. There is also a typical standard in Croatia that they only give you a certain amount of toilet paper regardless of how long or how many people stay, so be prepared to also purchase if you are staying longer.Overall, it is a good apartment if you are planning to stay for a short period of time and if you want access to everything in the Old Town.

Wir waren anlässlich einer Hochzeit in Split eingeladen. Dafür war die Unterkunft ideal gelegen. Zudem wirkte sie deutlich geräumiger, als es auf den Bildern den Anschein hatte.

Great location

Bit difficult to find the apartment, and it is down a short and dingy alley. But inside its fine, well laid out and with everything we needed. There isn't much natural light due to surrounding buildings but still light and airy with the lights on. Plenty of eateries within a few minutes and the old town and main promenade a 5 minute stroll.

Triest geheel.. niets op aan te merken wat funcktioneren betreft . Maar zielig de deur uit te moeten om te kijken wat het weer is.. En dan te kijken in een stortbak.. Geen aanmoediging te koken.. Slapen ok maar daar is alles mee gezegd!

UN SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE !

L'appartement est idéalement situé : au cœur du centre historique de Split, au fond d'une cour calme sans passage et à deux pas de la mer et de la fameuse promenade "Riva" (Humm les glaces !) ; Nous avons ainsi pu visiter le Palais de Dioclétien (magnifique !), aller à la plage et prendre le bateau pour les îles (Brac, Solta et Hvar .) ; le tout sans voiture ! Top !!! L'intérieur est design, propre et très fonctionnel . BREF, NOUS Y RETOURNERONS AVEC GRAND PLAISIR !

génial et pratique

J'ai passé une semaine formidable dans cet appartement neuf, pratique, très calme et surtout très bien situé en plein cœur de la Croatie.En effet, Split est une ville superbe, historique et côtière avec cette lumière particulière des bords de l 'Adriatique et un parc majestueux. De plus, si ce lieu permet de tout faire à pied, il convient aussi parfaitement à qui veut rayonner en Croatie autant sur la côte vers Dubrovnik avec des paysages sublimes autant pour découvrir l'intérieur du pays ,plus traditionnel et chargé d'histoire et de curiosités croates loin des grandes villes trop visitées.

Perfect place in Split !

We had a lovely holiday here. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from promenade and from the Diocletian's palace. No problem recommending it to friends.

wir möchten uns nochmal nachträglich Bedanken für die sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ein sehr schönes kleines Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer sowie mit Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Sehr sauber, gepflegte Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße von Split. Danke für den schönen Urlaub
