Perfect location and great size

You can walk everywhere in ogunquit from this location which was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Air conditioning unit kept the place cool during the end of June heat wave that hit. I brought my own linens and sheets (for the queen sized bed). Parking spaces we're plentiful. Easy check in and check out process.

Our stay

Everything was great except that we were expected to wash and fold the bedsheets and towels. We used our own stuff instead. Other than that the place and response to questions was terrific! Highly recommended.

Walk everywhere’s

The best thing about this property is the location. We walked to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. All were within easy walking distance. The condo is simple and comfortable. We had no reason to contact the host, but he made it clear that he was available if need be. All and all, a great time.

Week in Ogunquit

Great location and well stocked condo.We had some difficulty with check in and owner was very responsive. Short walk to beach and shops.Condo is small though just enough for a couple.We brought our own linens so we didn’t have to try to wash,dry and fold all before 11am check out.

Perfect location in a picture-perfect town

Thoughtfully and thoroughly well-stocked 1-bedroom condo unit within an EASY walk to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 'Nuff said...almost: the owner proved himself to be consistently swiftly responsive and extremely helpful. I would gladly return!

Convenient location in beautiful Ogunquit

Rental was perfect for the two of us. There was plenty of room, clean, comfy bed, nicely decorated and had a great selection of dvds to watch after our fun filled beach days. Very close to the Ogunquit shops and an easy walk to Ogunquit Beach. The owner, Brian, was awesome. He was easy to contact with questions and he was always prompt with answering. Our rental experience went without a hitch. We'll be back for sure!

Quite property in a convenient location. Well stocked and very clean. Small, but well laid out.

It is all about location and this property is well situated to enjoy the beach, shops and restaurants of downtown Ogunguit. Brian is a great host, who is an attentive and responsive host and maintained good communications before, during and after our stay. Again a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. My girlfriend loves the beach so the location was perfect. My first time to Ogunquit. Plan to return many times. I would stay here again and would recommend the property to others looking for a downtown location in Ogunquit.

Perfect Location for 2!

The condo in Ogunquit was perfectly located....everything was in easy walking distance, but it was still quiet and relaxing. The parking was a great bonus- you could park and leave your car all week or you could take easy trips- we went up to Portland for a few hours and explored nearby areas as well. The condo was clean, other neighbors/renters were friendly and though small, it really was just fine for 2 people, especially if you like to be out and about most of the time. If you are a runner, from the front door, down the street and eventually to Marginal Way, you can run almost exactly 3 miles to Perkins Cove and back....add on another 2 if you go up route 1 to Footbridge beach and back. The views are beautiful, the town is fun. All in all one of the best beach vacations! Brian was very kind and responsive; he called to check in on us our first day and always offered for us to call/email/text with anything. We would definitely say here again!

It is great to hear that you had such a good time in Ogunquit and that my condo enhanced your experienced. The condo is in a great location because it is steps away from the beach, restaurants, stores and entertainment. It is nice to hear that you were able to take advantage of it all and even take a side trip to Portland. Ogunquit is also located a short distance from Portsmouth NH which is a quaint seaside town that is fun to check out. The other occupants of the building are a great bunch of people and I am glad you enjoyed conversing with them. I hope to host you again during your next visit to Ogunquit !

A great place to stay

Brian has thought of everything. The condo is comfortable and so well equipped and we found it easy to put simple meals together. Everything was clean and it felt that Brian thought of us as his guests, not just random renters. There is a quick,quiet way to get to the beach and maybe (!) get to Bread and Roses before the crowd (early risers). Great spot. Thanks, Brian for sharing your great spot.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I have been vacationing in Ogunquit for 15 years. The beach is just beautiful and relaxing. The village has everything one could ask for and everything is within walking distance which makes for such an enjoyable vacation. The town is host to several wonderful restaurants and clubs. The Ogunquit Playhouse brings broadway type entertainment to the area. I live in Connecticut and frequently attend broadway shows in NYC and most of the productions I have seen at the playhouse rival those seen on Broadway.
