Great location

The house was nice and efficient. It had a nice view out front and the pool was perfect. I do think the kitchen needs a few items, cupcake pan, waffle iron. Also, if you’re not going to have dressers, you need to have luggage racks in each room. Just my thoughts. We enjoyed our stay here the kids were able to bike everywhere.

Check in and out was super easy! Very close to the beach which allowed us to walk vs driving. Communications with the host were super simple and they were very responsive. A few things I would suggest to them for future guests but definitely recommend!

Appliances outdated but worked. In some parts of the online description it referenced 4 br. Descriptive pictures would help clarify the loft area. We had space for all to sleep and the pool was great for the kids.

Family beach week

Great place with beach & shopping close by. Pool on the property was really great for the kids. House is open and lets in a lot of sunlight….not great if you want to sleep late though!

Great house and location

Great house/location and excellent service from the management company. The pool could use a shorter delay on chlorine release (12 hours earlier would be good) as it was getting dirty/cloudy at the end of every 3 day period. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is wonderful, ample space for six adults, one baby, and two dogs. It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach was a special bonus. The covered parking was very nice too. We didn’t expect that but it was great to be able to keep the cars out of the hot Florida sun. The beach was a short five minute walk away and because there were no high rise condos around, it was never super crowded. Just an all around great experience for us.

Perfect home for a family vacation!

We loved this property. It was a fit for everything we needed. Our kids absolutely loved having a private pool. It is also very close to the beach! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Spring break vacation

We had an amazing time, the kids enjoyed the best part of it that we were close to the beach just by walking we love it!!!! The house is amazing ? Close to the beach and grocery stores. The best part is that it's full equipment we cook every day and we had everything that we need. The pool was awesome house it's perfect, big rooms and a lot beds. We couldn't ask for more. Not worth the money

An older home in needs of lots of TLC. It’s a full rehab. At the very least it needs fresh paint inside, new flooring and a deep deep clean. Greasy stove top and vent, mold and mildew in bathrooms, dirty carpet up stairs. Loft with kids beds is not a suitable bedroom, no way to block light or sound and you have to walk through to get to master. Only one of the bedrooms is a true suit, other two have bathrooms outside the room. Best thing was the beach access a two minute walk down the road.

I want to go back!

My husband and I, my two daughters and their boyfriends stayed in the house over spring break. My youngest turned 21 while we were there! The houses layout was perfect for us and it was just the right size (not too big and not too small). The beds were super comfy too! We were a few mins walk to the beach. Quiet area and you can’t beat the beaches and weather was perfect! We didn’t want to leave!!

Very Disappointing

While proximity to the beach was good, we were not notified there was construction right next door with noise, workers, dust, debris and an unsightly scene between our front deck and the Gulf waters. We were not given the opportunity to select an alternate property which surely could have happened since we were there during the off-season. Beds and bathrooms were very clean however the floor throughout was filthy, turning our feet black. Other issues: furniture upholstery was very worn and stained; some of the wood furniture was stained, scarred and peeling; loose knobs on kitchen drawers (which I fixed); outdoor grill would not light; pots and pans were in very poor condition and were a jumbled mess; dishes and silverware were mismatched and scarred; window coverings were subpar. While the layout of the house was quite nice, this is definitely NOT a luxury vacation home as advertised. Not sure I will ever book through Vrbo again!

Great location

Pretty good stay, property showing wear but well stocked. Pool is almost non usable due to small deck space. Clean, but things like towels need to be replaced.
