The condo looks good, but several dirty areas made us wonder what else was not cleaned properly (which made for an uncomfortable stay). There were several housekeeping issues including dirty counters in the kitchen, dirty towels left in a bathroom drawer, dirty socks left in a dresser drawer, dirty trashcan, plus a bottle cap and hair band on the floor of the bedroom. Two of the five lights were out over the dining table and a towel bar in the bathroom was broken/one side unattached from the wall. We had issues connecting to the wi-fi. Long story short: the property management company gave us the wrong password. Only by pure luck were we able to guess the correct one. There were no instructions on how to use the TV/cable/DVD or what cable system was available so that we could figure out what was on and what channel (especially since the cable did cut out often), but we figured it out. The place sleeps 6, but we didn't use the sofa bed. So, we cannot comment on its comfort. The other beds were fine. There were only 4 large dinner plates, but enough of the other dishes and utensils for 6. On the better side: The key pick-up and drop-off was quick and easy. The condo location is good (less than 3 miles from Canyon Lodge). It's ground level, but there is very little sound insulation from the upstairs neighbors; we heard every step they took. There was plenty of firewood (although no fire starters). The toaster and blender were helpful. It would be nice if there was a list of all the appliances available in order to know what to pack. A griddle for pancakes would have been nice, as well as a rubber spatula. Overall, it was a decent choice. But, I would hesitate to rent again simply based on the lack of cleanliness.
