Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we originally reserved was unexpectedly being painted and the property manager moved us to a different unit. Pleasantly surprised that the new unit was larger than the original, well laid out, and very comfortable. Definitely recommend this unit. The only downside is that there are stairs to climb to get into the unit.

We have stayed her several times and enjoy it every time. The office is on it and very helpful. The unit is cozy and fits are family of 4 perfect with each of our daughters having a room to stay in.

Adequate lodging

The unit has a spacious living area, nice light, very good location, about a 15 minute walk to Canyon Lodge and 20 minutes to the village. The master bedroom is noisy because it is right by the stairwell. Due to the heavy snow outside the window, it had a large leak on the carpet which management did not repair during our stay. The second bedroom has no dresser except for a small piece inside the closet and had a toilet that did not flush adequately. The kitchen is fine. The unit is on the lower level so you will hear the people above you getting ready in the morning. The bathrooms need upgrades. So, overall, the unit is adequate.

We have stayed in Mammoth numerous times over the years. This condo is among the best we have found. Spacious and comfortable with everything that you need for a great ski trip. We would stay here again.

Spacious, great location, has all you need!

Two families for New Years. Skiing drop off at Canyon's is 3 min away. Short cut road to village nearby. close to all shopping etc. LOVED the hottub, there was plenty of firewood and kindling, loved the fireplace, lovely view of snowy slopes outside, plenty of seating for playing games, dining. Lots of hooks for hanging skis and gear, good sized closets, laundry washer and dryer, this unit has it all!!!

Great condo

It was a great condo. There was a lot of snow so it was hard to find main office, and the stairs up are a bit difficult with coolers and ski equipment just in case you can't climb. The condo itself was really great, clean well supplied, cozy and perfect for our stormy winter trip

Great location, very spacious and perfect for our family!

Loved the Condo. It was clean and very spacious my kids LOVED the bunk beds. Our first family trip to the snow couldn't have been any better. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice!

Really nice condo. Big TV with Netflix/Amazon. Nice kitchen. Good TV also in two of the bedrooms. Fast WIFI. Big bedrooms. Condo close to the pool. Black bear was walking along right in front of the kids room window early in the morning (6:30 am) - awesome! Overall very pleasant experience.
