We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful to be right on water’s edge. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that it lacked an air conditioner. It was in the listing But I didn’t notice. The owners We’re very responsive and brought a extra fan for use at night, but I had a hard time sleeping in the heat

Our Favourite Beach Vacation

The beach is beautiful, not too crowded, and only a few steps away. We loved our recent stay so much that we have booked a 3-week visit for next year. There is a small mall with a grocery store a 5-minute drive away.

We’ve stayed at Napoli Bay Resort a couple of times before and love what the resort has to offer, such as laundry room, grilling area, and beach. As for the condo itself, we have no problem with retro decor. We do, however, have issues with staying in a place that is falling apart. This condo is in desperate need of repairs. Both the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are delaminating. The door to the lanai is being held together with duct tape. The jamb in the front door is rotted at the bottom. We had friends staying at Napoli Point, we were a little embarrassed to have them come visit. We would recommend friends to stay at Napili Bay Resort, but just not unit 204.

Location, location, location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes, this condo is outdated. But if you can look past that, this is a great value for the location. The photo of the beach is exactly what you get, it was amazing and is only steps away. Nice snorkeling from shore, saw several sea turtles. Water calm enough for young kids to play in. The lack of ac did not bother us at all, the front and back of the condo have louvered windows which let in plenty of breeze and there is a large fan. Pull out sleeper sofa and bed were comfortable. We walked to SeaHouse restaurant (make reservations in advance for dinner and be sure to check out their happy hour also), Kapalua Coastal Trail and Merriman's restaurant. Liked that Napili Plaza was a 3 minute drive and frequented the little grocery store there several times (best pineapple, spam musubi and coconut mochi) and ate at Maui Tacos and Joey's for dinner there. Good on site parking. Unit was clean. The sliding bathroom doors did stick something awful, we stopped using them after the first day. On site laundry (you can only do one load at a time, though) was nice, change machine on site for quarters. A couple of grills and picnic tables available, were utilized every evening by larger groups. Lots of families, not a party crowd when we were there, quiet in the evenings. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Would rent this unit again and highly recommend to others.

We loved it.

Fantastic location right on Napili Beach, and only a short walk from Kapalua beach, both of which have great snorkeling. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the ocean. Plenty of parking, and only a short drive from the grocery store and Maui Tacos. We love the area and we’ll be back.

Beautiful Location

I would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Maui.

Location. Location. Location. We really enjoyed sleeping in our unit. We wish it could be a little cleaner, but truly we were too busy snorkelling, swimming and exploring.

Hello, I booked a stay at your place last year but got strep throat right before my trip - and since it was all the same symptoms as for covid I couldn’t travel. I let your office know right away - and had a letter from my Doctor. I was disappointed in how your staff handled it, they could have been kinder. I was able to gift my stay to someone else - and they enjoyed the place. I frequent Hawaii and have never had an experience like this before - although your place looks nice, It doesn’t make me want to try and book anything in the future with you. It’s not your fault I got sick - but the way it was handled and the way I was spoken to was a super disappointment. You keep emailing me to review - even a year later - and I am not a fan of giving businesses a low rating - hope this is helpful.

Incredible location- bungalow steps from the bay

Amazing location steps from the ocean and calm water of Napili Bay. We love this condo complex because it is steps from Napili Bay and 8 minute walk to Kapalua Bay. Walk to the Sea House for dinner or breakfast or grab your snorkel gear and head to Napili, Kapalua or Honoloa Bay. Unit is very outdated and worn. Two doors were not working properly (balcony and bathroom) and let property managers know. They were aware of balcony door so I suggest you inquire before staying. Otherwise great location.

Great place right on the beach

This place suited our needs well for five nights in West Maui. While the interior was a little outdated, and we had a few maintenance requests, the view from the lanai was unparalleled, and Napili beach is a great place to hang out, and close by to lots of other attractions. I’d recommend it to anyone on a budget that wants good value for money. The owner of unit was also very responsive and friendly and will help right away with any problems.

Low-key, Spectacular Location

We loved The Napili Bay and will be back. This is a no frills complex with a million dollar location. The complex is well maintained with a great BBQ area. You are steps to the beach, the sound of the surf lulls you to sleep at night and the views are to die for. I “met” three beautiful sea turtles in the bay, snorkeled, swam and had the best time. The unit itself is old but clean and comfortable- for the price and the location - a bargain.

All about location

This condo’s location can’t be beat. We knew what to expect based on the other reviews so we were not surprised at the condition. The condo needs lots of love. Just a place to sleep for us. Being directly on the beach in Napili Bay is what we were after.

Right on the beach

The location is fantastic, right on the beach, absolutely beautiful. The unit itself is comfortable but could use a little bit of a facelift, it's starting to show wear. You won't be disappointed though!
