私たちの家はロトルア中心部からわずか5分です。 バス停は私たちから徒歩2分です。 小さなスーパーマーケット、リカーランド、フィッシュ＆チップスショップ、中国のテイクアウト、インドのテイクアウトがある地元の郊外のショッピングセンターが徒歩2分のところにあります。 私たちは非常に静かで安全な郊外に住んでいます。 家は非常に晴れており、湖の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 デッキには良いバーベキューがあり、芝生は湖に向かって走ります。

Great quiet location

Great quiet location with good parking. Sleeping arrangements for 10 is perfect (comfy beds) The 2 pull out mattresses in the 2nd lounge were not comfy, one kept collapsing. Communication was slow, but instructions were great once received the night before our arrival. Would stay here again.

Extended Family holiday

House was a great size for 3 families and location on the lake, Perfect! Close to all the sights! A few essentials missing in the house but the stores near by for peeler, greater, dish clothes, broom.Fabulous place to stay!!!

It was a Fabulous Stay

The property was clean and tidy. Very spacious for all of us. Beautiful view and lake front. Calm and peaceful. Everyone enjoyed.

The location and view is amazing. The size and spaciousness of the rooms and the beds make for a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately the location next to the lake also means that as night falls, hoardes of insects are attracted to any lights. The host warned us about this only a couple of hours before our arrival and while some windows are fitted with gauze screens, not enough for the whole house made for a very hot and stuffy summer night trapped indoors. The furnishings were odd and better quality could have been found at a second hand shop. Many of them broken and not even tried to cover up. There were insects on the top of the range hood when we arrived. Also bird poop all over the barbeque area- places that should have been clean. The TV set up was missing a remote for the Dish TV box so there was no chance of getting it working. A Vodafone set top box was provided but this service stopped operating over two years ago and its network cable was plugged directly into the TV so neither of them were going to get any service. Lights in the main ensuite flicker and are unusable. Soap in the dispensers have been watered down to a maximum. A single bedside light in the main bedroom that didn't work because it had an American plug on it. On further investigation, the four-way adapter plug that it was probably using had been removed to set up another TV with no reception. Many more examples... Overall lacking finishing touches and not worth the money

Wi-Fi sucks

Wi-Fi was only able to connect 2 phones. Unlimited Broadband is super cheap but most of the phones unable to connect due to restriction placed on modern. This is sucks! House is great, spacious.

Terrible Communication from Host and Customer Support

The communication from the host was absolutely terrible, had absolutely no communication in regards to access to the house until about 2 hours before checking in, and only because one helpful person from the support team FINALLY was able to contact the host. Spent over 4 hours on the phone with the support team, was cut off multiple times by them as they had no idea how to deal with the problem and would try to transfer the call to someone else and would cut me off. Spent many hours stressing about not having accommodation as the support team also could not get in contact with the host. Honestly, I do not recommend using Bookabach, or booking this property. The communication is non-existent and you will lose many hours sleep stressing over whether you actually have accommodation to stay at. The house overall was fine - but the lack of communication and support from the host and Bookabach team has let them down. Will NEVER use this company again, and will recommend to all to avoid as well.

Great location and very comfortable

Very easy check in, with very clean property and comfortable layout. Great location on the lake, which we used for kayaking and paddle boarding. We would definitely stay here again.
