The view was stunning and our little dog was happy with the outdoors which had been completely fenced for a small dog. Very easy access to touristy places and town centre.We're not Sky TV users so it was a challenge with the TV but it all got sorted with the propert manager and owner - brilliant!!Our whole stay would've been better if the weather played ball but we got quite a few things ticked off our bucket list.The pellet fire was very good with the first chilly days. Thank you to the owners and Norman.

Great stay in Rotorua, with endless adventure close by. The house was just as described, right on the water with everything you need. The only thing that may be a downfall for some, is there is algae bloom this time of year in swimming. Wtoo, so

Awesome, loved the comfort of a real bach but with the modern conveniences and plenty of sitting spaces, enjoyed the views and ease of walking the dog and ability to leave him behind whilst enjoying Xmas lunch out with family. The best !

Incredible stay!

We loved our stay at this place! The view was awesome - I could say that 10 times!!!. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was functional. House is not huge, but packs in a lot of beds and group space. Being right on the lake was fun. Enjoyed watching the locals stop by and swim, kite board, etc. 10 min drive in to town - worth it. Norman was great, responsive, helpful.

Excellent location and beautiful view!

Beautiful view, just a few meters from the Rotorua lake! Close to kids' playground which my daughter enjoyed playing in. At night, need to be careful to ensure flies don't get in the house.

Great Lake View

The stay was great. House was cute and as described. The view was great. Easy home base for doing things in the area. Depending on where you are driving to for the day, it may be less of a hassle to drive the long way around lake versus driving through all the traffic in Rotorua.

Fabulous view

This was a perfect location with fantastic views. Comfortable beds and we were thrilled to have our family furry dogs with us. Very quiet and relaxing, appreciated Norman’s instant response to our enquires. Thank you :-)

Picture perfect location

This property was exactly what was advertised, the extras were a bonus. It had bikes kayaks life jackets helmets beach toys for the kids quite location very clean. It had accommodation for my elderly parents all self contained with fridge bench space, lots of car parking very happy

Beautiful view!

This place was clean and nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer. We were there in winter on a really cold week and the wood burning stove was so nice. We needed help with a couple things and Norman helped us quickly. My favorite part is the view out the back of the house. Just a short drive into town. I would definitely stay here again :)

Funky retro vibe with a great view!

This house was super unique, and the view was amazing! It had a retro vibe throughout, and the kids loved having a room with bunks to themselves. Parking was easy, the furniture was all comfy, and accessing the place was easy. It’s slightly out of town, so quieter, and close enough to still be convenient. The only problem we encountered was that it got very buggy at night, so we really had to be careful not to let bugs in as we were entering and exiting the property (they loved that porch light!). Overall, good family spot!

Crowded with insects and mosquitoes 😢

No information was provided while making the booking for Lenin charges $35 per person. This was very new and was made aware after booking got confirmed so no choice. Place full of insects and mosquitoes in the evening and was hard to live with lights switched on. Although the decor of the house is good but too old . No sufficient power points. Cleaning was not up to the mark. Furniture was surrounded with web at several places. Amazing location was missing renovation. The price paid does not justify just for the location.

Relaxing

This property is just as beautiful as it looks. Being right on the lake was absolutely amazing and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. There were fans available for the extremely warm days which was amazing. Having the beach right out the back door was the best part. The only problem we had is that I don’t think I booked our stay long enough. We will definitely be back

Location of property was excellent and the view is amazing. Check in was a breeze. Furnishings are a little outdated, but overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful setting by lake Rotorua

We loved this spacious and well appointed house. We stayed with grandparents, teenage children and our dog and it worked really well. Thoughtfully furnished and lovely and clean. We used the kayaks and loved being right beside the lake. It is a wonderful setting.
