Wonderful location with relaxing atmosphere and very close to about anything you need,host is very polite and friendly and answered any question within good time,we will definitely be staying there again in the future

Wally & Peg...Thank you both VERY MUCH for this review...While the Beach & Tennis Club was built in the 70's, all of the facilities have been updated over the past years including but not limited to: -Two (2) brand new pools -Two (2) band new pickle Ball Courts -New Bocce Courts -All new & updated lighting throughout the Complex -Four (4) Phases of our roadway paver project -Total exterior painting of the all five (5) Buildings All seven (7) of our Suites, just as you've experienced in Suite 1704 have also been updated with new appliances, granite counter tops, updated baths, new furnishings, & designer touches throughout!. With our direct Gulf Views for spectacular sunsets an warm breezes all of our Guests have an extraordinary experience, like yours when they "Stay With Us"!!! Thanks again...Mike & Diane~! :

Communication and info provided by host was excellent. Great view of the gulf from screened balcony and balmy breezes every day. Public beach is across the street and beach gear provided by host. Just walk over. Docs Beach House is also directly across the street where you can eat in or carry out hot italian beef or fish sandwiches, pizza, etc. Complex has nice heated pools with plenty of chairs and lounge chairs. Condo has waher/dryer, kitchen and comfortable bed. I will rent this unit again. Highly recommend and give it max rating.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything was very personalized and nicely prepared for our stay. The contact with the owner was excellent. The apartment is provided with instructions everywhere so that everything was self-explanatory. We would love to come back.

Great location and well kept property

Everything was as described. Great location, nice beach, clean and all amenities you need. The only thing that was not great was the shower. Water pressure is terrible and temperature would not stay warm. Other than shower everything was spot on.

Renee...We did not hear from U on this while you were here...Had you notified us we would have responded, corrected & taken care of this immediately as we do with all our Guests' questions!! As it turns out it seems the problem was "pilot error" on your part, since the valve was not turned to the full HOT/WARM direction...There is an anti-scolding protection built in & that's why you had the issue...TY VERY MUCH for "Staying With Us"...Mike & Diane~!

The only reason we gave this property a 3 star rating is for the location. First of all it’s not a 1 bedroom. It’s a studio with a curtain that can separate the bed from the living area. It is also outdated. The only things updated were the shower, maybe the appliances and countertops. There was duct tape around the table on the balcony. All of this was fine but don’t advertise as a 5 star property. The property itself was very unkept which I assume was a result of the hurricane. Again just say that in the description. When we arrived we contacted the host who was not helpful and rude. He did answer our questions directly instead was passive aggressive. The whole experience was disappointing. The location was amazing as was the weather! We hope to return but will not be staying at this property again.

This Guest for some reason thought we were rude when she asked for the WIFI password & we responded via text within 10 minutes where to find it in on the TV Stand in the Suite... She said we were "rude" not to call...We later explained that for security reasons, we do not send the actual SSID & PWORD via text or email... We guess she was just having a bad day & wanted to vent...We are never "passive agressive" to our Guests as you can see from all our other reviews... The "unkept" property is the grounds around the buiding, which is still being worked on after the hurricanes not the Suite itself... We'll still welcome her back anytime...Mike & Diane~!

Wonderful unit

The property is just as described. Very clean & comfortable. The view from the lanai is fantastic. Communication with the owner was wonderful. He sends his text number, and even when I had a problem, he answered right away. I have read where you are unable to get in touch with an owner when there is a problem. I would highly recommend staying at any property this owner has.

Great location

We loved the condo . It is in a great location to docs beach house that has wonderful sunsets and beaches This condo is stocked for beach stuff including chairs , umbrella coolers a mat. We wanted for nothing there One scary thing about rentals is always is will the bed be comfortable. We loved the mattress, very comfortable and we loved the courtesy curtain in case someone wanted to watch TV and the other wanted to lay down. There is a cute little cafe that serves breakfast and lunch as well as docs across the street . We missed out on the lanai as they are making all new ones.(thank you to the owner for the discounted rate) Hopefully our next visit we will get to sit out there. We cant wait to stay here again.

Great condo!

Great communication with property owner. Very clean condo stocked with amenities! Location directly across from beach access, close retail and restaurants. Owners left a welcoming note and gift, which was so kind. Bed was excellent, furniture comfortable and clean. Everything you need to feel comfortable away from home has been provided. Wonderful place!

Best vacation

The condo was in perfect shape the views were incredible and the pools were lovely. We had just a short walk across the road to the beach and a wonderful restaurant. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect week. Communications with the owners was excellent and only needed because I forgot my temporary parking pass for the first night. We will be back.

Everything we expected!

We had a great experience at Seventh heaven! Mike was attentive. Location was great! Stocked with everything we needed and then some!! Special surprise w nice welcome card and wine! Bed was comfortable! Would definitely go back!!
