Beautiful location

We had a great time on our trip to Bonita Springs! Condo was just as the pictures show. The grounds are still under construction from hurricane Ian but that is explained by property owners ahead of time. We would definitely come back!

Location was Great. The view of the Gulf was breath taking. The King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen, beach fare, linens were all very well stocked. Just bring your clothes/swimsuit and enjoy!

Perfect viee

The property is just like the pictures. I loved having my moring coffee with that view. The bed is super comfortable. They provide all the little extras you might need. We will definitely be back!

Mike and Diane were the best hosts! I planned a 40th birthday trip and our group ended up renting 3 different units from them. All units had an amazing view and were fully stocked with anything you would need for the beach! They were very accommodating and very responsive when we had any questions at all. Mike and Diane allowed my friends to enter my unit early to decorate and surprise me! They even wrote me a little note wishing me a happy birthday! I was so surprised and very appreciative! Too short of a stay this time (3 nights) but we are already thinking about coming back with our kids or even by ourselves! We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future vacations!

This was our 2nd stay with Mike & Diane. We actually rented 2 condos for 10 days this time, one for our daughter and her family and one for my husband and myself. Both places perfect. Very clean, perfect location, great views. Couldn't ask for much more. We will definitely be back ...... soon! Thanks so much!

4th of July Weekend

I would like to share my experience while staying in the apartment. It was really a pleasant stay, the beach was wonderful and within walking distance. The view of the beach from the apartments balcony was beautiful and it was a breakfast in the mornings and watching the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The accommodations did not disappoint as the apartment was fully furnished and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here as I consider doing so.

OUTSTANDING

I love this condo. It was the 2nd time I stayed in one of Diane and Mikes apartment. Since more than 20 years I come to Florida at least once a year. So I can compare. These homes are the best I ever rented. For me the absolutely Nr. 1 (stated World Class!) and the owners are so cooperative and friendly. I come back next winter for sure. Walter from Switzerland

The Best Host Communication & Attentiveness Ever

I am a 4-6 times a year guest with VRBO. Mike & Diane were Blessings to me before the Start & after the Finish. The Condo had it All. Lacked nothing. The building is currently under Hurricane Ian repairs. That prevented Perfection. If the building was Pet Friendly, all my stays would be with Mike & Diane.

It is 7th Heaven, just as described, they don’t lie !

I’ve learned there is nothing more important then, “A Room with a View” ! This is my 2nd stay at the Naples Beach and Tennis club complex and trying different units . This place out did itself !!! I was just there the first week of December when it’s low season, which I love ! The view was to die for, a bottle of wine welcomed us. Having simple extras like Salt/Pepper/Sugar and Beach chairs/bags/coolers for convenience was awesome ! A very comfortable leather couch that opened up to great leg extenders on both sides was a plus too ! Nice to wash your dirty clothes too before you go home. I’ll for sure be back or try one of their other 7th Heaven II or penthouse property. The remote keyless door opener is great (Don’t have to worry about loosing a key when I’m beach walking)

Closest experience to Heaven itself !

The best part of this experience was it was PERFECT ! Affordable, Convenient , Clean, Cost savings of $ 10.00 a day on parking at the beach because HERE IT IS FREE AND INCLUDED ! Oh, did I not mention the savings from not having to drive all over the place at gas approaching $ 5.00 a gallon ! Everything you need or want RIGHT THERE or WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE ! Buy with confidence !! You will be more than pleased that you did !!!

Amazing sunsets just across the street each night

We had a great stay in this place. The condo is in a very nice residential area with a casual beach bar/restaurant just across the street and stores within a 10 minute drive. It was incredibly helpful to have the beach chairs, towels, cooler, and other accessories available in the unit which we used each day. Very comfortable mattress as well. The only issue we had was with the toilet not flushing (chain broke) but Mike stopped over the next day to fix. Also, there is active construction ongoing in Unit 1 which we missed in the description. They weren't there Sat/Sun but also we were out of the room most days so it didn't bother us too much. Just no access to the outside patio. Overall a great stay and we both would still definitely recommend!!

Perfect location on the beach!

Such an amazing location, building one is the place to be for an easy 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The backpack beach chairs were perfect and we were actually a little excited to find the metal umbrella holder to screw the umbrella into the sand...plastic ones are useless. Breakfast at Doc's on the beach was great, as was our jetski adventure, rented at the same location. We took a clear kayaking adventure from Big Hickory Island ( just 2.6 miles from condo) that was wonderful, and even took us to visit a beach accessible only by boat. The shells there were unparalleled. A few dolphin showed up on that trip as well. Took a trip up to Sanibel and ate an amazing meal at Bimini Bait right before the bridge over. We toured the River District area outside Fort Myers, which was full of shops and restaurants for every taste. Coconut Jack's, walkable from the condo, was our best meal, hands down. Lover's Key State Park beach is NOT to be missed, and we had a fun few hours at Dog Beach as well. The water at Bonita Beach was so clear we were watching fish swim around while we were shoulder deep!! Sand dollars were easy to find in the ocean, and we even held a 9 armed starfish. The sunsets were absolutely stunning from the beach AND the condo lanai. The king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've encountered, and I have a bad back. We appreciated the washer/dryer and used it multiple times. I fell asleep on the recliner couch our first night and was so comfortable I didn't want to move to the bed...lol. The large shower was very nice, and spotless. The entire unit was spotless, actually. We didn't cook anything using the stove or oven because, VACATION...but things looked to be in great condition. We didn't hear any noise from surrounding units AT ALL, which was a huge blessing vs other places we've stayed. The pools looked nice, but we spent all our time at the beach so didn't use them. The Cafe is right in the same building as the condo, if you want a bite to eat. We were most appreciative of the bottle of wine Mike and Dianne had left to greet us, but were literally out and about so often that it stayed unopened and I brought it home on the plane in my checked luggage!! We couldn't have asked for a better stay and may be trading our yearly Hilton Head trip for Bonita Springs from now on. Mike and Dianne answered all my questions ahead of our trip and booking was seamless and effortless. Thank you for a great time!!

Best Birthday Bash

An exquisite condo with a corner view of the Gulf and Barefoot Beach. Walking distance to Coconut Jacks in one direction and the beach in the other. The pool was sparkling clean and even heated. Sunsets were stunning from the patio or on the white sand beach. Communication from Mike made checking in and out about as easy as it gets. We are planning on coming back for sure!

Michael was so great!

The unit was perfect for our stay, even had all the basic kitchen items. Location was amazing, 5 minute walk to beach . And the view-whew! This was a wonderful place and would gladly stay again.

Excellent accommodations!

This condo was perfect in every way...close to beach & many good restaurants. Had everything you need to spend a day at beach, chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, sun screen, noodles, etc.

Bonita Beach 7th Heaven

Excellent stay here. Never crowded. 2 nice pools. Cafe on site. Very convenient location. Beach front condo with wonderful ocean breezes. Very clean. Best of all is the reasonable rates.
