Love this duplex
Second time stayig here. Love the place so much being by the water to see nature! Love going on a quick drive to downtown eureka! Planning another trip very soon with all of our friends to enjoy it together! Total 5 star for sure!

Great place to unwind
Very comfortable place, everything you need. Great paved trail along the lake, which is much closer than the photo.

Perfect!!
We stayed the weekend for a wedding and this property had everything we needed. Teenagers were happy there was a hot tub! And the location was perfect! Not to mention, it was mid October so the colors were absolutely beautiful!!

Comfortable but lacking
It was comfortable and roomy. Beds need upgraded, one was very hard the other was too soft and almost fell into a hole on one side. Cleaning could have been better, walls had some bugs that had been sprayed but not wiped down. Hot tub was not clean and had heavy calcification on the surface so didn’t get to use. Location was great, surrounding was beautiful scenery. It was quiet and peaceful!!

Great location
We stayed from a Thursday through a Sunday. The house provided what we needed and was perfect for two couples. For a weekend trip, it was perfect, and we could get to the water with no problems

Relaxing Getaway Not So Relaxing
My best friend and I decided to take a little vacation to Eureka Springs. As soon as we arrived there was a musty smell inside the house (despite all the air fresheners around the house). Come to find out there was mold in the coffee pot and on the shower liners. (Makes you wonder if it’s in the HVAC Unit) We contacted the property management company, and they were very quick in helping fix some of the problems. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix the beds-which were extremely uncomfortable. The beds aren’t made for relaxing or comfort. My friend and I both woke up in pain. The couch is also not comfortable. I couldn’t imagine someone trying to sleep on it. The hot tub was a nice thing to have. But there was some settlement at the bottom of it. We also found out that the Holiday Island Recreation Center Swimming Pool wasn’t for us to use. The owner/management company didn’t pay for rental guest to use it. Seems like that would be worth purchasing for their renters and a good selling point for rental guests to come and stay.

A little piece of Heaven
Loved our stay. Nothing better than sitting on the deck watching nature, taking in a walk on the trail or sitting under the stars in the hot tub! Very nice stay in deed!

Great little house
Our stay was great. Stayed friday thru monday. Hot tub was nice and clean. House was cozy and clean. Great to have the has grill there as well. Beds not the most comfortable but were still good.

Fabulously fun stay
Had a great stay at this property, Thought the beds would be a bit soft, but actually they were very comfortable. Loved relaxing in the hot tub. Had a couple of minor issues, but the property manager was able to fix them fairly quickly. I hope that we can return soon!

Anniversary trip
We met our friends also celebrating their anniversary. I had stayed here previously about 7 years ago, the hot tub was awesome, the kitchen had everything we needed. It's close to Eureka Springs but not too close (about 20 minutes)

Corvette Weekend
It was supposed to be us and another couple but the other couple could not make it. Had they been there, it would have been perfect for two couples. I would not want to sleep on the couch, but that is just me. Beds were comfortable, towels were abundant, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, etc... We went to the local market and bought breakfast and lunch food and spent our days in Eureka Springs. It seems like forever to get out there, but after you make the trip back and forth to Eureka, it is really a short distance. Having stayed downtown for several years in a row, this was quiet and serene. Eureka is just too noisy for us to sleep. In all, if you are looking for a quiet restful place to stay and still take advantage of Eureka, then this is your place. Also, give the Gaskin's Family Steakhouse a try. It is between the house and Eureka, and I would certainly give it a 5. The prime rib was outstanding.

Underwhelmed
This was the very worst of our VRBO stays! The property shows (pics) of access to the lake. The backyard was overgrown to the point that there was no lake access. The house smelled strongly of a musty, old odor which was noticeable upon entry and, in spite of air freshener, the smell remained. The linens were all old and worn. Just not at all the quality of home that should be listed with VRBO.

15 year anniversary
This was the first get away my husband and i have had since we were married in eureka springs 15 years earlier. The holiday island neighborhood was perfect for us. Not crowded with people. Beautiful scenery everywhere. Would love to visit again!

Cute Place, Clean, Well Stocked, Quiet Location.
Beautiful scenery from the living room, kitchen and back deck. Short walk down the back to the river. Very quiet location. Didn’t hear a sound during our stay. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Slept well.

Peaceful
This property was in a very nice location on Holiday Island. Table Rock Lake was literally 50 yards from the back deck. Very peaceful and relaxing. The property was very clean upon our arrival with the exception of the Hot Tub. The Hot Tub looked as if it had not been cleaned due to green scum on the sides and debris located around the water intake. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again if we were to come back.

Great place to stay
Great access to the lake where you can add your kayaks or swim, right from the yard. The view was breathtaking. A short walk to the cafe with the walking path. The AC & WiFi worked great.

Very clean and worth the money
We were very pleased with this VRBO. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and our side of the duplex was super clean and stocked with all the amenities needed. The place was even cuter than the pictures portrayed. The hot tub wasn't working on Friday evening but we called and left a message and they were out early Saturday morning to switch the breaker that had been flipped. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will probably stay there again. This VRBO is pet friendly!
