Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the confusion. The home recently received several upgrades, and an outdated photo was still showing a jetted tub. We’ve removed that image while we wait for the new professional photos to be completed. Regarding the pool heat, I also apologize for the delay on your first day. We do require at least 72 hours’ notice before arrival to ensure the pool is fully heated from day one. I’m glad our team was able to respond quickly and that the pool heat was excellent for the rest of your stay. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we continue improving the guest experience.

To help keep our prices down, our homes are self-catering. Basic supplies are the guest’s responsibility. Linens and towels are provided; we do not provide beach size towels and personal washcloths. A starter roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom along with a trash bag in the container. We try our best to make sure every guest is aware that our guests are required to provide all consumable items, and sincerely apologize you were not made aware. We truly hope you will return to us again in the future. We can give you every assurance of an enjoyable stay.

We are also super excited that you managed to safely catch a few glimpses of an alligator from your backyard enclosure. We apologize for the door alarm that will sound whenever the patio door is opened/closed. This is a requirement of the state to protect small children. Our homes are routinely professionally cleaned and inspected by our housekeeping supervision team and again by our maintenance team, just before every guest arrival. We are glad you found the swimming pool itself to be clean, and the view to be amazing, but disappointed you felt the outside furniture and pool deck area to be stained. The swimming pool is professionally serviced once per week. The pool deck and patio furniture are cleaned before guest arrival, however, because the home is self-catering, it is the guest’s responsibility to keep it clean for the duration of the stay. We apologize for any misunderstanding.
