このプロパティの場所は、地域の素晴らしい景色とビーチにとても近いという素晴らしいです。
この物件は、2018年1月下旬にオーナーが物件を購入したため、ホリデー賃貸市場では初めてとなりました。それ以来、新しいペンキ、ヨーロッパの家電製品がある新しいキッチン、新しい照明器具、新しいインテリアを含むデザイン等

冬の間は2階に薪の火があり、夏の間はすべての居間とすべての寝室にファンがあり、2階の居間には新しいスプリットシステムのエアコンがあり、もちろん家の中を���れる美しい海風が吹くすべての窓が開いているときは、ほとんどエアコンを使う必要はありません。
リバー���ュードライブのゴールドコーストドライブの端に位置し、ビーチにとても近く、リアヤードは車高が約4フィート、車やボートなどのためのたくさんの路上駐車場があります。

Lovely home by the sea

My family just stayed here and it was a wonderful pet friendly home. Suits 2 families well as it is 2 self contained units together. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome views and only 2 minute walk to the beach.

Overpriced shack

We were unfortunately very disappointed with this property which was of fairly basic standard and significantly over priced. The shower and sink in the lower floor bathroom drained very poorly to the extent we couldnt use the shower as it flooded within 1-2 minutes. There wasnt always enough hot water even though the property accomodates 8 and we only had 6 guests. The upstairs wooden door flew open in the wind needing it to be locked to keep closed. There was an outside-only staircase (no indoor staircase) which was terrible in the recent stormy weather and was also very slippery when carrying my old dog up and down the stairs. The description stated an outdoor access to upstairs but wasnt clear that there wasnt an indoor staircase. Some of the BBQ burners were corroded and unsafe to use. There was no outdoor undercover shelter for the dog from the rain. The itchy bomb tree in the backyard was unfortunately a spot under which my dog liked to lay for shade and i also made the mistake of sitting on a bench badly positioned directly under this tree. For the premium tariff paid I would have expected a much better quality of accommodation. The property looked better in photos than real life. Living space was cramped and bedrooms tiny. Overall disappointing but good location and still enjoyed the family time.

Excellent notifications leading up to rental (auto generated from Ray White Normanville ) and fast and friendly service from them. Property fantastic for a couple Of families with the separate upstairs and downstairs , both with facilities .. Close walk to beach and very short drive to Normanville which has everything you need .

Beautiuful location overlooking the sea..

Will's place is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and is a 3 minute walk from a lovely beach. The house is stylish and exactly as described in the information and in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped for a group of 8. There are 2 very big living spaces. As stated the two floors are connected by an outside staircase which was not a problem for us. Guests should be aware that the house is managed by a commercial company so contact and key collection is through an agent. As is now stated on the Airbnb site bed linen is not included in the price. All 6 of us who shared the house would thoroughly recommend it to a family or a group of adults.

We spent a great week at Seahaven with our four children. Fantastic view from balcony over the creek and sand dunes down to the beach. Could hardly be more idyllic; the perfect spot for evening dinner and drinks watching the sun disappear. House was very clean, comfortable and well-presented. The aircon was very effective, and the house had everything we needed. It worked well for us (and them !) having the two older kids in the downstairs area. Very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

A lovely little unit in Carrickalinga

The internal layout is a little odd: the upper and lower stories are connected only by an *external* flight of stairs, so going to the other section requires an umbrella if the weather is wet. But the upper level contains the kitchen facilities and most of the bedrooms, so we found ourselves spending most of our time there. And if you're travelling with kids, you may *prefer* a bit of isolation! The upper storey has a balcony with a gorgeous view, and a powerful barbecue. (Pro-tip: fill the tank before you use it. We thought we had enough, but it burned through the tank before we'd finished the last few kebabs.) The kitchen has an eclectic collection of pots and pans, and a very helpful array of basic ingredients. All in all, this was an excellent weekend getaway, and we'll be looking at it again on our next trip down the Fleurieu Peninsula!

Stunning Location!!

We had a fantastic one night stay although should have booked for another two as there is so much to see and do in the area. SeaHaven is homely and very well presented with modern furnishings, kitchen and bathrooms complimented by a lovely sea view from the top bedrooms and balcony. A three minute stroll to the superb beach and pristine water was an added bonus. Well definitely be back
