An Ocean Springs gem!

Have stayed here multiple times, and don’t even bother looking elsewhere. Perfect location, quaint and comfortable, and has all necessities. Frequently visit the area, and our trip dates are based on the availability of this location. Definitely recommended!

Great downtown location!

This spacious condo is the perfect location if you want to be in downtown Ocean Springs. It’s walkable to all the great shops, restaurants, and bars located in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Have stayed here several times. Love the location to downtown, restaurants, and the beach. We walk to just about everything in the area even over the bridge into Biloxi. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Henry is quick to reply to any concerns. Looking forward to next time.

Ladies golf get away

We planned our trip to be there for the Peter Anderson festival in early November. Enjoyed the closeness to town and all the activity. Had a wonderful stay, golfing, walking, shopping and enjoying the eats that Ocean Springs offer. Will be back.

Heart of Ocean Springs

If you want to be in the heart of Ocean Springs, this is it. Park your car and most everything is in walking distance. The ahopps, restaurants and clubs all complement each other in this town. Go visit and stay here.

First visit Ocean Springs

We came here to check out the area to maybe relocate and just to see what Ocean Springs was like. It was a great place. Great location I half a block away from government Street. We’re all the shops restaurants and bars are so you’re right in the middle of everything Very walkable little place. I give a five stars.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is bright, airy and very well equipped. The pictures and property descriptions are accurate. It was easy to take advantage of all Ocean Springs had to offer from this central location. The porch with the swinging benches was our favorite spot. Our host was most accommodating.

Nice property

The location was great, the space was clean and has everything you would need. The only downside would be the bar next door that has dance music just blaring. It made it difficult to sleep. I would stay there again, but I will bring ear plugs

Great Location!

Super quaint space in the perfect location if you are looking to be downtown. Be aware it is in a busy area with late night noise from surrounding bars, but that was part of the appeal for me, and sound machine was all we needed (we brought one, but they are provided for you as well). One side of the property is more affected than the other as far as noise, but we slept on the “loud” side, and were fine. Well equipped space that was super clean and well kept. Booking/check-in process was a breeze as well. Loved it all around and as a frequent visitor of Ocean Springs, am excited to have found this little gem.

Stay

Loved the location…however the property is in need of deferred repaired. The kitchen with the broke linoleum has been there for a few years. The rod in the bathroom is rusting badly. The porch looks work and tired. The house was not thoroughly cleaned…there was a VERY personal item left in one of the bedroom drawers rendering it unusable. I did not object the the price I paid this year for the unit due to the location. If the unit remains in its current condition I will choose another property that is in better condition. You can’t charge 5 star rates for a 3 star unit and expect people to return on a regular basis.

I regret not staying longer!

My wife and I visited Biloxi/OS over the Thanksgiving holiday to see some family. We decided to split our time between a resort-like casino and downtown Ocean Springs. My biggest regret of the trip was wasting time on an overpriced resort, and not spending all 6 of our nights here in the Middle of it All. We traveled with our three little boys, (6, 4 and 1), and we still had a blast being next to the live music, with everything accessible. While we were warned of the night life surrounding the cottage, it didn't affect our comfort at all. In the mornings, we'd throw the football outside and smell the awesome smells of Tato-nut. In the evening, the Government Street Grocery was a perfect spot to walk literally 100 feet over to for a drink and a burger. The cottage itself is well kept- we could tell it was perfect as soon as we stepped inside. We quickly agreed if we were visiting again in the future, we'd be checking here first to see if this was available.

Spring Getaway

We all had a great time. Enjoyed the ease of walking to the boutiques, restaurants and bars. The variety of music available in the area was very good. The place was clean and comfortable. Have stayed here before and plan on returning next year.
