Nice place for our trip

Had a good place to stay for our fishing vacation to western NY. Was very clean and comfortable. Mike (host) was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. He was also able to accommodate me with parking for my boat. Overall a great time.

Great Stay, Easy and Convenient

My friends and I had a great stay here after attending a concert at Lewiston's ArtPark; the apartment was conveniently located only a short drive from the venue. It was clean and easy to check into due to the host's very clear check-in videos and instructions. I really appreciated the off street parking and details about arriving. Excellent communication with host. Would definitely stay again!

Niagra falls

Host was very nice. Place was clean and it was nicer than renting a hotel because we got to make a nice family dinner at the condo. If ur coming to town to see the falls this place is very convient. You can go see the falls and walk the parks and be back at the condo in 5 min. We went again at night to see the falls and it was nice !!!

Stay in Niagara

All went well. Initial appearance was a bit sketchy but I turned out just fine.Mike, the host, was readily available and very helpful! Bed was great, things were clean and organized. Its an older place but suited our needs just fine. Appliances and all were upgraded. Worked out great! fine!

Just what we needed

This rental was ok. The communication with the owner was great! It was 5 minutes from Niagara Falls. The neighborhood was noisy. Its right on the main road so it we heard cars and loud music at all hours. The bathroom does have some mold growing on the ceiling and the tiles need some work. But it was just what we needed for our stay.

Niagara Falls

We had a wonderful weekend visiting The Falls and surrounding areas. The condo was exactly the way it was written. The beds were comfortable and the condo was equipped with all the essentials. (Toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, dish soap ,dishes etc.) We had a couple issues while we were there, but we called Kylie and she was quick to fix the problems. The condo was quick to the falls and the neighborhood was quiet. We had a great weekend!

It was all good but there wasn't any pans for oven no wash rags to shower no kitchen things at all really but bare minimum . Other than some eye sore ceiling tiles it was good..

We recently stayed at this Condo during our trip to Niagara Falls, and it was a wonderful experience for our small family of four. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — just minutes from the Falls and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was amazing and very thoughtful; he even sent us a video with clear instructions on how to find the property, which made our arrival super easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The property was beautiful and only 1.5 miles from the falls, it doesn't get any better than that. They lest brochures for almost every thing you wanted to see. and no keys, have keyless entry, which was great, and they gave both their numbers in case you needed anything, I was very impressed, Terrance

Nice place; horrible community.

The property was nice. The host was amazing. The community was awful. Very loud and questionable activity after dark. On our last night someone checked in the lower unit with small children and we had to go ask them to be quiet at 1am due to screaming and running even though the rules state quiet time from 11p to 7a.

Great Stay

This was a humble stay for us. We needed a clean, comfy spot to sleep for a night while we visited the falls. It was great. Simple and easy process. If you don’t care for luxury or anything super fancy then you will find a simple and easy home here.

Niagra Falls apartment

The place was modest but clean. The furniture was very uncomfortable. A table with normal chairs would have been helpful especially for playing cards. The listing did not indicate the apartment was on the 2nd floor. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was questionable and forced us to come there before dark. The location was quite favorable as it was close to the American falls. The price was very fair and the communication with the owner was outstanding.
