First, the condo is lovely and is as described in the write-up. We had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. The little patio overlooks the parking lot but is very pleasant. The bed is king-sized and very comfortable. The internet was even fast enough to stream movies which is a nice surprise in vacation properties.
However, know that the pool, gym, and hot tub (spa) referenced in the listing has limited hours. When we stayed, mid-September, it closed at 6PM. An owner told us that for part of the year (October-November-ish) the spa is closed all together. I was working on this trip so the early closure was a real disappointment.
Why the 1-star rating? The Vacasa management company. While we were there, the parking lot was under construction. Heavy equipment started working at 6AM sharp and blocked the only entrance to the condo much of the day. While this was a work trip for me, my family was hoping to use the pool during the day but my wife was uncomfortable in her swimsuit in front of the construction crew right outside the pool.
I contacted Vacasa and asked to be moved to another property, to which they replied "we will call you back" which never happened. Another call went unanswered. Surprisingly unprofessional behavior for a company that seems so nice when you speak with them on the phone, and if I can help it I will avoid their business in the future.
