There were a few items that needed attention but overall the views were incredible and the staff at the gate very friendly! Just a short walk to the beach on either side to watch sunrise and sunset every day. The Sead Soul to Table restaurant next to the complex was delicious, healthy and had a great atmosphere.

Beautiful condo and furnishings. Beds were comfortable. Views were amazing . Sunrises were incredible. Quiet top floor penthouse the only property on the 6th floor. We attended a wedding next door at the cape hotel it is walking distance.

Beautiful Rental Property

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is much bigger then the photos show, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the fully stocked kitchen made things so easy. The outdoor patio and dinning area has the most incredible views, and we loved the space. We Uber eats groceries, however the restaurant down at the pool is very reasonable, and the food is excellent. Both pools on the property are fantastic, and very well maintained. There is beach access as well to a beautiful little beach area. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed ourselves and the atmosphere. If you need any help Elihu the concierge was quick to respond, and very helpful.

Great views!

The property was very nice. A bit dark with the heavy furnishings, but the view is fabulous! There was no hot water for showers so that was a bit disappointing, but overall a nice stay.

We were down in Cabo/Misiones for about a month, the last part of our trip was hosting our son's family for which we needed this larger unit. We love both Cabo and Misiones and have stayed here each time we have come since we discovered it more than a decade ago. The size and layout of this unit as well as the panoramic view was outstanding. Though we were not in the unit all that much, we only ate one meal there, a breakfast... it met every need we had. There was an elevator that made access to the unit very easy (it was down for maintenance one afternoon but fortunately we were not moving luggage that day). The only complaints would be we were provided the wrong access code, but a call to the manager while we were at the door rectified the issue, and we had to clean out a very clogged dishwasher filter in order to get it to clean the dishes - clearly the prior occupants had not rinsed anything which is too bad since the unit has a disposal which many in the complex do not. There was some noise from air conditioner compressors since the unit was on the top floor but it was not overwhelming and didn't distract from sleep. All in all a very nice unit and if we find ourselves with need for the extra bedrooms when we come back to Cabo we would certainly look to rent this unit again.

Amazing Condo in Cabo!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Cabo condo! We had six adults with plenty of room for all of us. The condo stayed nice and cool in the hot June temperatures, and the deck provided a gorgeous view day and night. Misiones was wonderful as always, with delicious food and drinks at the pool bar. We had a wonderful time!

Great Vacation Spot

This property is everything advertised. Perfect location with a fantastic view, including the whales. Fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable - two of the three rooms have ocean views, and you can't beat the sunrise. Consistent hot water in the showers was our only issue. Beach accessories included four beach chairs and one umbrella. Our guest contact, Elihu, reached out in advance of our arrival and was responsive the entire time. The semi-private beach is worth the walk to get there, and the pool, with a swim-up bar, is excellent. They are open all day, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bar staff can also assist with excursions and massages and are very friendly. The Uber drives to the marine area cost around $9 USD and are easy to get. There is a new Fresko at the entrance of the property. We had our airport transportation stop there first to load up on groceries and drinks (bring your own grocery bags) before arriving at the property. It is also walkable if you need to reload. There is also a very well-stocked mini grocery store. We will be back.

We greatly enjoyed this property with fantastic views and location. The beds were comfortable and all of the appliances worked! The kitchen was decently equipped for cooking and the grill was perfect. Our guest contact, Elihu, was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The pool and swim up bar were terrific! We all agreed we’d stay here again.

This property was fun and functional and perfectly located for the family wedding we attended nearby. The beds were comfortable, the showers all worked, as did all of the appliances, and there were ample supplies of towels, beach gear, garbage bags and laundry detergent, which was great ! The views are spectacular! And, the pool and little pool bar-restaurant - perfect for daily lunches. Daniel and Andre were terrific and took good care of everyone. Elihu, our guest contact was responsive and helpful. We would definitely return!

Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd Cabo trip along with our 2 children (1 and 4) and my mom. The condo is huge and very nicely laid out. The view is absolutely gorgeous.

Property wasn't ready for check-in.

When we arrived at the property, the code was incorrect and we had to wait in the heat until we were able to acquire the correct code. Then when we entered the property, it had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. The owner of the property isn't responding to my calls to resolve any of my requests for a partial refund.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed here a few days before Christmas. The condo was just as pictured, had everything we needed to be comfortable, and an extraordinary view. Saw whales from our balcony using the binoculars provided by the condo. Property manager, Elihu, was very helpful and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Amazing location

Everything was perfect new grill, perfect views etc. only complaint is that the furniture was very uncomfortable in the living room and could only accommodate 3 people... no tv's in the bedrooms either.... sewer smell common from the bathrooms which I think is pretty common for the area. Manager was very helpful and easy to find etc. Lastly, the door lock is a numbered padlock and the door doesn't have a deadbolt which was worrisome somewhat.

We were in this magnificent penthouse apartment for a 1 week and I must say it was a completely pleasant stay. The rooms are huge and the kitchen has everything you can need ! The views are glorious and the pool and amenities were excellent. I was in touch with Ed, the manager, and he assisted me so nicely in everything I asked for. Definitely if I’m back to Los Cabos 100% I want to be in this same spot ! You need to see it to believe it !

Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the views. Snorkel and beach equipment was worn, but a few were functional.... probably needs a refresh. But that's a small complaint given the fantastic unit we stayed in.

Great Views, Serious Stair Walking

The condo was very large and private. It would have gotten 5 stars however, the elevator is out and it does not look like they have plans on fixing it anytime soon. With that said, you have to climb six flights of stairs to get to the place. If you get groceries consider how many trips you want to make up and down or if you have kids it is a lot to carry them up and down multiple times a day. Other than that it was a great spot and if the elevator ever got fixed we would stay again.

Had a blast!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Granted there were some things to get used to, but overall a great location and beautiful view. All the clocks in the house were wrong so relied on phone, elevators seem to be down across the complex, had some issues working the stove and was down to or last trash bag, but nothing too big. Closets could definitely use some cleaning as well considering guests are paying A LOT for that(completely covered in dust so avoided putting clothes up there). Even with some of these issues, I was in Cabo and had a great time. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again in the future. Just be wary of the elevator situation bc if you aren’t fit, it might be an issue.
