May vacation week.

We enjoyed the unit and the pool. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Our only suggestion would we a carpet cleaning.

Great place!

We’ve visited Siesta Key beach for 21 years. This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed! So convenient to walk across the street and be right on the beach! Condo was so clean, check in was great and communication with management company was easy! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Love this condo

This was our third time staying in this condo and can't say enough good about it. Great location, clean, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, beach chairs, beach umbrella, parking in car port. We especially like the screened porch to read, people watch and drink coffee. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Location location...

Obviously location was key, directly across the street from the public beach entrance and a 5 minute trolley car ride to downtown Siesta Key. Excellent condo amenities including screened sitting porch, pool, and clubhouse with ping pong and pool table. Ground staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Enjoy!

Lovely Unit!

LOVED LOVED this unit! Right across the street from the beach where I needed to be (flew in to help a friend with the Sand Sculpture event). Condo was very spacious, kitchen very well stocked with implements; balcony was screened in all around, so you could leave door from unit open to balcony if you wished without worrying about bugs. Only complaint is beds are WAAAY too soft; I need a firm mattress, and ALL of them - queen and two singles - were all VERY soft. Beautiful decor too.

Beautiful, Clean condo right across from Siesta Beach

Unit was very clean and well maintained. Check in/out was a breeze. We really enjoyed staying so close to the beach. It made it very convenient to get back to the room for meals or a break from the sun. Property had everything we needed including chairs, umbrella and some toys for the beach. The rest of the building was very quiet which we prefer for plenty of R & R. The pool for the building was closed for repairs but we did visit right after the hurricane. It looked close to reopening when we left but we didn’t mind since we were there for the beach. The trolly pick up is right in front of the building and comes by every 20 min or so which we utilized many times to get to the village for dinner or shopping. There’s also a small grocery store in the village. A rental car is not needed at all if you plan to stay around Siesta Key. We just used Uber for any day trips off the island. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Everything was just as pictured. Very well kept. Great location. Very clean. Nice pool and pool area. Appreciated the availability of the nice beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. We would stay here again!

Loved it!

Have stayed in this condo before and definitely will again! This condo has everything you need for a stay at Siesta Key beach. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels. The condo is an end unit away from the pool and clubhouse.......so that makes for a quiet and private stay.

Rental was exactly as advertised. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach. Would have been perfect if there was 2 more beach chairs. Other than the noisy renters below us, the place was perfect for our family of 4.

siesta key

I e-mailed several times asking about the property and no one replied until I e-mailed and asked how to pay since there was not an invoice or link sent to me when it was due. The property management company said they recently switched computer software and that may be the reason for poor communication. The property was as expected and we enjoyed our stay.

Beyond Incredible!!

The perfect vacation property. A close, stress-free walk to Siesta Key Beach. Property was beyond incredible. We were blown away and our kids were so excited. Even though the property faced the main road there was no vehicle/street noise inside. Take a short trolley ride to restaurants and then a beautiful walk back along the white sandy beach. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Family vacaction

We spent a week at this property. Beach chairs, towels and toys are very helpful items and appreciated. Directly across from public beach but no ocean-view. Very comfortable beds.

Great location.

The location couldn't be more perfect. Right across from Siesta key beach. The condo was clean and was an end unit, which we liked. No loud or annoying neighbors. The screened porch was a plus, we drank our coffee out there sometimes and enjoyed the breeze and people watched.

Great location, clean property with all amenities.

It is pretty tough to beat the location of this property. It is directly across from the main entrance to Siesta Key Beach (#1 Beach in the USA), on Beach Road, and has a Trolley pickup/dropoff station directly outside. Property was well equipped with all utensils required, great internet, and 4 Backpack beach chairs that we used frequently. The pool was clean and private. We stayed here for a month and will hopefully be returning next year.
