マス��ーベッドルームには、���イーンサイズのベッドと、バスと大きなシャワーで構成されるモダンな専用バスルームがあります。 2番目の寝室にはクイーンサイズのベッドと少し小さい専用バスルームもあり、寝室3と4にはそ���ぞれ2つのシングルがあり、家��の浴室があります。 4つのベッドルームはすべて美しくカーペットが敷かれ、独自のリバースサイクル空調ユニットがあります。

メインファミリールームは、55のLEDテレビを囲むように設置されたシーティングエリアと、素晴らしい設備のキッチンで構成されています。

���切なワークスペースを使用して、誘導クックトップと電気オーブンで嵐を起こします。 または、コーヒーで冷やしたい場合は、ビルトインシーメンスのビルトインコーヒーマシンを使用できます。

天気の良い日には、巨��な引き戸を開けて外���出て、バーベキューや8人乗りの大きな屋外テーブルを楽しむことができます。

55台のテレビに加えて、65台のサムスン製湾曲LEDテレビを備えた独立したシアタールームもあり、お気に入りの映画を楽しむこと���できます。 または、テレ��が気分に合わない場合は、ガレージにある卓球で自慢する権利を競いませんか。

ベッドルームに加えて、他のすべての部屋は、個別のリバースサイクル空調ユニットで加熱または冷却されます。

さらに、冬の間は屋内のガス暖炉を使用して暖かくしたり��屋外の暖炉��そばに座ったりすることもできます。 （残念ながら、11月から5月の間は、地元の火災規制のためにファイアピットを使用できません）

Amazing Property

We absolutely loved our stay in this stunning house. Great games, kept the kids entertained and lovely yard for them to run around in. Fantastic, quite location. We will be back.

Great house in fantastic location

Really great house, a little bit back from all the action in Dunsborough town centre - but fairly accessible. Probably could do with repairing some of the appliances that were out of order - there was some variance to the property features listing. Overall, it was a great house, perfect for our large group in a really beautiful, quiet location.

Great location

House is spacious and furnished appropriately. Ideal for families and couples/groups. Perfect getaway, close to shops and wineries. Firepit was a bonus. Had a maintenance issue, response was great. Would stay again.

We had a great stay - lots of room for everyone. So close to all of the attractions, but lovely and quiet and tranquil when arriving back through the front door.

It was such a lovely getaway, with a huge house that can cater for so many people and families and friends. Loved the gaming touch in the garage as well as the spacious living and dining areas for all to sit around and chat.

Beautiful property and perfect for a douth getaway

I had the best time at Maybrook. I stayed with my mates down south for an unofficial birthday celebration and we had an overall perfect time. The house has a perfect layout and we enjoyed all the ammenities, the only thing is that we weren’t aware the large tv in the living room wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a big deal as we had the other large TV. Would definitely recommend for a good and relaxing stay in a beautiful home!!

Great location, beautiful house

Over all a very good stay. The house is in a great location close to beaches, shops and everything else Dunsborough has to offer. We enjoyed the wildlife with many species of birds, and kangaroos visiting the property daily. Pre-trip communication with the property manager was a bit challenging at times, but once we arrived everything went smoothly.

Amazing quiet location, close to everything!

We came down to celebrate a special occasion with another couple & our 2year old for 5 days, and this home was perfect for everyone! Both couples could maintain their privacy when downtime was needed (2 ensuite rooms, 2 sitting areas in the evening). Everything you could possibly be coming down for is within 15minutes or less distance. Plenty of access for walking / bike riding. Quiet street. Clean and well presented home; would happily book repeatedly.

Hidden Gem

A beautiful house in a perfect location. Close enough to Dunsborough to go get the little things but tucked away enough you fill you’re in the Forrest and a 5min drive to Meelup Beach. A Gas Fire place and a outside fire pit made our little winter holiday just that extra little bit special.

perfect family holiday home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children between 2 and 7. The children loved racing around, playing hide and seek. It was a great house for the winter as it was very spacious. The kids loved the table tennis and toasting marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit. The bubble baths were also a hit. The only downside was arriving to find the built in coffee machine had been taken for servicing, the games cubpoard was also probably not worth having as most pieces were very jumbled or missing. Over all we would stay again : )
