リネン

標準予約には、カバー付きのドゥーナ、カバーのない枕、ティータオル、ハン���タオル、バスマットが付属しています。 ご宿泊のお客様は、自分のシーツ（���ラットとフィット）、枕カバー、タオルを持参するか、この「オプションのリネン」に追加料金を支払うことを選択できます。 オプションのリネンを提供するための費用は、1回の滞在につき、キング/クイーン/ダブルベッド1台につき30ドル、シングルベッド1台につき15ドルです。 この追加サービスをご希望の場合はご連絡ください。

ピーク期間

House layout

The house layout was great and spacious. Location fantastic. The only thing i can say is it was DIRTY!! Cob webs and dust EVERYWHERE!! we had to clean and wipe everything down and put a bed sheet on the couch as it was that dusty the cupboards and rooms stunk needed to bear sprayed and aired out and windows had mould on them NOT CLEAN AT ALL !

Lovely Property - Quiet Location

Overall Redwood is a lovely quiet property and very comfortable. The only issue was the lack of soap. No soap for showers or hand basins so make sure to bring your own. Considering the charge for 2 nights, we were wondering why no soap was supplied....as other guests previously noted. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and light. The livingroom has great couches for relaxing on and plenty of natural light pouring in. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with crockery and cutlery, but don't expect to find the basics, tea, coffee etc that many other rental properties supply. The outside area is nice to sit in and enjoy. Thanks so much, The Smiths:)

Great location, great size, slightly grubby

Spent a weekend here with friends. Great location, great size, great layout but the property could use a deep clean. Cream carpets are spitted with spills and marks, dust and debris on window sills in main bedroom, daddy long leg spiders throughout the place and there wasn’t enough handsoap. Main bathroom needed to be refilled and there wasn’t any at all in the other bathroom. Not a big deal, but would be nice to wash your hands properly after travelling, toileting etc.

Decent house. Not equipped enough.

Good, decent size house but not fully equipped. We were 9 of us and we're staying just one night. There were no basic provisions. There were utensils and dishwasher but no dishwashing liquid. Only one bathroom had handwash. I did not anyways expect luxury of tea and coffee, but did not expect basic toiletries missing. Rooms had electric blankets, towels and tissue rolls.

Excellent property

Well present modern home. Very spacious living area, well equipped kitchen. Small fully fence backyard which is perfect for my small dog. Nice outdoor setting but we didn't use the BBQ due to the very cold weather at night , must come back in warmer day. This home away from home is so comfortable that we didn't have to find attractions to go to, we made the most of this lovely place and we enjoy every minutes of our stay. We didn't know how to open the roller gate between the garage and the backyard, called the contact number given, response quickly and promptly. Best of all, bonds deposit back to my bank account within couple of days A bit brighter outdoor lighting and hand soap in the bathroom will add extra comfort to this beautiful home

Didn't quite meet my lofty expectations

Put simply we only required a bed for the night for 2 couples, the decision taken to rest our heads in Redwood coming mainly because we needed a place to store our race trailer overnight. The images suggested this wouldn't be an issue and on questioning if this was the case we were advised it wouldn't be a problem. In hindsight I would have preferred another option, certainly considering 'Redwood' cost $430 for the night in the middle of winter meaning off-peak. Money aside, my so-called lofty expectations revolve around cleanliness. Yes, the facility is what it looks like on the web, it is reasonably well equipped, the beds and pillows very comfortable, in fact for the most part there's no problems. Unless of course you are a bit of a clean freak. I guess the way I look at things is; Why should I accept a lower level of cleanliness than I expect in my own household? In the case of Redwood there were a myriad of finger marks on the walls, doors etc. In every room. The tables and benches definitely didn't meet the 'finger' test. All it takes is a warm soapy sponge and a drying cloth and voila, these marks and the dust would be gone. By the way, it wasn't just myself who was of this opinion. Anyway the bottom line was the facility served a purpose, it looked nice, but there were the cleanliness issues and... The race trailer didn't quite fit meaning it poked out onto the footpath, The garden was was overgrown and frankly, a disgrace. Of course we don't live in the backyard or front garden, but for $430, it should be perfect.
