Condo is in need of some updates and fixes - bathroom is dated with old dirty carpet, missing exhaust vent and damage to door and faucets. Kitchen cookware was very limited and in need of replacement. Curtains and blinds are in poor condition. Could also use some more artwork to improve the overall look of the place.

Great Condo in River Run

Perfect condo conveniently located in Keystone! Easy access to River run gondola and lift, restaurants and ski rentals. The condo was cozy and perfect in the evenings by the fire or in the community hot tub that overlooks the mountain. We will definitely be back!

Key stone

The condo was great! Close to everything. Very clean. The lock box in the foyer of the condo was a little challenging to locate. Maybe put the unit number a little bigger. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great location

Overall great stay and convenient location. Unit was partially updated which was nice, bathroom couple use some updating. Check in process isnt the most convenient as we had to pick up keys in Dillon. Thankfully they allowed us to pick them up earlier in the day when we passed through rathet than having to drive back at 4pm for keys. Still waiting on a partial refund from VRBO due to rate decrease when we had reschedule our trip.

Our check in process took over 3 hours. The key card in our welcome packet did not work on the entrance to the building or the parking garage. The support phone number did not answer the first time we called. Upon calling back we did get someone to answer but they had to get in contact with another individual for further instruction. I was then told someone would text regarding a backup card on property and support ended the call prior to this action happening. We did get a text with a code for a lockbox on property, however the lockbox did not have a backup card present as promised. I ended up gaining access to the property via other guests entering the building and used a code to access our rental unit. I did discover operational key cards in the unit but the parking pass required to park in the garage was missing. There was also only 1 parking spot left in the garage at this point which took some careful skill, folded in mirrors, and squeezing out the driver door as to not hit another car. We could not unpack the vehicle while in the sole remaining parking spot. We also had to leave a note on the dash for fear of getting a ticket or towed while we waited for a parking pass the next day. The elevator on property is also very slow and heavily utilized. The ski lockers do not have any benches or room for putting your boots on so guests where walking the building in ski boots. The hair dryer attached to the wall does not work and the dishwasher is missing wheels on the tray.

Great Stay Overall!

Pros Location - easy to get to, easy walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner, private corner unit of the building with mountain view (note there is no deck to step out onto), big open living/dining/kitchen, heated parking garage, communication was clear and frequent from property mgmt company. Overall we had a awesome stay! Cons - Carpet in the bathroom vanity area, dishes & silverware were dirty and needed to be hand-washed before using, sofa bed mattress in desperate need of replacement very lumpy and thin/worn luckily it was the kids sleeping there and they are resilient but ouch. Primary King Bed was very hard/firm but oddly enough didn't give us back pain so not really a con because my back & body was in good shape but I wasn't expecting that.

Needs Update

Several things in the condo need updated/replaced including the carpet which is disgusting, nicks in the walls and weird splatter above the bed. Also the window frame in the living space is broken so when you open/close it you fear it may completely fall out. The week we were there the elevator was broken and this condo is on the fifth floor, No one warned us about that. At that high of an altitude when you aren't used to the mountain air, climbing five flights of stairs is challenging. It would have been nice to be given the opportunity to change our reservation because of that. While we were there people stopped by to update the wifi, I felt that was intrusive. Other than those things, it was a nice stay. The area is beautiful and the people are friendly. The condo is simply not well cared for.

Location great, unit disappointing

Great location and the size of the condo is great however the unit was extremely outdated and quite frankly disappointing and a little disgusting. Most of the dishes that we used had to be washed first as they were filthy (coffee cups, plates, skillets). The mattress on the pull out couch is pretty much just springs, no cushion what so ever. Had to top with so many blankets to make it even semi comfortable. The pillows on the bed and the spares used for pullout were all so flat and stained it was unreal. Replacing pillows and the mattress for the pullout couch is not that expensive and would be extremely beneficial. Some of the windows don’t even open because the wood is so cracked. The most unfortunate part of our stay however was the day of checkout the elevator was broken so had to take luggage down 6 flights of stairs to parking garage and all in all made 7 trips which was exhausting , inconvenient and just utterly sucked. Texted and called the number that I wouldn’t be out by 10. No response for well over an hour which sucked as we rushed so we wouldn’t be penalized for late checkout. The sign on elevator went up 3 hours after was out of service. Even tho the elevator situation was out of your control, the positives of the condo did not outweigh the lack of cleanliness in the unit. Positives: pool area was outstanding, location was great. Check in process was seamless.

Great Stay

Location was great. Complex was very clean with hot tubs, heated pool, and sauna. Heated garage was a plus. Ski lockers in the lobby. Quick walk to gondala. Easy check in process. The unit was very spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Right outside is the village with shops, restaurants, etc. ice skating right outside the building as well. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

Great Stay. Check in process was easy. The building and amenities were very clean. Hot tubs/pool/sauna. Being a top floor unit it had vaulted ceilings and a big open layout. Plenty of room for a family. Short walk to the Gondala. Ski lockers made it convenient and easy with gear. Loved the playground and ice skating rink right outside the building. Would stay here again.

Place was OK / Property Management Team Lacking

Property was as advertised just hope you don't need anything from the property management team. I called twice to see about available parking if we arrived before the check in time - the person could not even say yes or no about parking in the parking deck early. We were locked out of our unit for the day because the locking mechinism broke. Numerous calls, messages & texts went unanswered for over an hour. We coud not go anywhere since I had no shoes or ski boots so we spent the day in the hallway & by the pool. Although the owner promised to do something for our inconvenience we never heard from her again (still haven't a week after). At one point I found car keys in the parking garage and they did not know who to contact. There is no front desk or concierge since it is condos. They finally thought of someone and said they would text the number - I had to call back over 15 minutes later.

Ideal Ski in Ski Out Stay in Keystone

This place was absolutely perfect for a ski in ski out weekend in Keystone. A short five minute walk to the River Run gondola and lift, and truly in the heart of River Run village. All restaurants, bars and shops are easily five minutes or less from the condo. The view from the hot tub is also unmatched for watching the crowds ski in at the end of each day. Couldn't speak more highly of our stay here.

Clean condo right in the Keystone resort

Wonderful condo, right in the middle of the Keystone Resort at the base of the main gondola. Walking distance to everything. We parked our car in the garage and do not have to touch it again until we left. Condo was clean, well maintained and had all the required amenities. Important for me was a well working hot shower after a day skiing and that did not disappoint. Overall great stay for a family of 4.

Perfect!!!

This property is in the prime location of River run keystone. Excellent views of the mountain quiet and very clean. The condo is as great only thing I would change is choosing a balcony if you like to sit outside aside from not having a balcony would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Lets start with the check in it was easy to get the key for our condo after we got settled in we went and got something to eat When we got back we turned on the TV it didn't work( about 9 p min the living room) it had sound but no picture so the next day maintenance came out and check it out and said they would have to call the owner so we left when we got back we had a new TV Then we tried to open the windows that was a joke most of the were broke the hand cranks didn't work maintenance said the owner was going to fix them but its been awhile so they didn't know we had to use the fireplace for heat because the heater didn't work so well we finally found out by error that you had to turn it up all the way and leave it there so they would work ( found that out on day 5 of 7) but other than that we had a great time one other thing we didn't notice in the picture it didn't have a balcony BUMMER and the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the whole time we were there we will stay again but not in this condo

wonderful stay

The condo was lovely, updated , well kept and clean, the king bed was very comfortable with plenty of linen spacious bathroom with extra towels . The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals after being on the slopes all day. Restaurant reservations are required during this season of COVID so eating "in" was convenient . This was our first visit to Keystone and we had so much fun . The staff everywhere on the slopes , stores and restaurants were very kind and friendly . We will definitely return !

Great setup for skiing

We stayed a few days here during Keystone slopes' opening week and found it very convenient for skiing. Easy walking distance to the gondola and many places for food and shopping. There is an easy gas fireplace and most things you might need, though it would be nice to have a blanket (there is just the thin bedspread available if you want to be cozy by the fire) and a few plastic/unbreakable cups since glass is not allowed outside. The hot tub was lovely and open even during Covid, but usually one of the two was closed for maintenance. Checkin was easy, but note they are not allowing any early checkin during Covid, and checkin is not til 4pm. They utilize an unusual comms system where they send you these emails that don't say VRBO anywhere in them and want you to correspond that way rather than VRBO. If they are going to do this, they should at least drop the keyword in there so that it's easy to find in my inbox. It's a small thing but something more to think about than just opening the app and messaging that way. All in all, this was a great unit and we would stay there again.

Comfortable condo with great location

This is a very nice condo with a good-size bathroom (large counter with two sinks!). Only negative was chintzy amount of toilet paper provided. One extra roll of toilet paper to supplement half-used roll in holder. (And this preceded the coronavirus toilet paper run.) No big deal- FYI - the ski locker key was mislabeled. Also, one list of checkout procedures mentioned stripping the sheets. Really?

Perfect location!

Traveled for Spring Break with our 7 & 5 year olds. Location was great with short walk to restaurants and to the gondola. Unit was spacious for our family of 4 with full kitchen with all the necessities. Unit had extra sheets and pillows for the pullout couch in the living room but there were no extra blankets. So if your are planning on utilizing the pullout couch then I would check/request in advance or bring your own. Our family loved the heated pool and hot tubs after skiing. We didn't use the sauna but I'm sure that would have been great too. There were plenty of parking spaces in the garage. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

nice place

This is a very nice, comfortable & clean one BR condo. Excellent location in the Keystone, River Run area close to the Gondola.
