Very nice residence

This home was beautifully decorated and laid out. The kitchen was very stocked with glassware, cookware and utensils. Beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bath. Good location near snowmass village, with nice views of the golf course and surrounding area. Highly recommend the property

Very nice condo. Great kitchen, dining and living area. Perfect for 2 families. Bedrooms and bathrooms could use a little updating but we would recommend for any families.

Best weekend ever!

This property was spectacular. It was spacious, well-equipped, perfect location, best view, hot tub....you name it! We made breakfast every morning, stayed in to play card games together. This property was everything... and more!

Great property no regrets

Our stay at this property was amazing, and everything was as described online. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and so was our stay. I received correspondence from the property management on the regular and they were able to provide answers or clarification to lots of my questions. Overall I rate this property a 10/10 and would book them again if I ever go back to Aspen.

Absolutely beautiful!

My family stayed here (wife and adult children) for three days during New Years, and we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. The residence is beautiful/comfortable, the open kitchen is awesome and fully stocked with dishes/utensils, and best of all is the location. Right out back is the Snowmass Village Nordic Center, which we utilized daily. The views from the kitchen windows are stunning, communication with Kim was seamless, and we highly recommend this property for anyone who wishes to stay close to Snowmass Village. Definitely will be back in the future.

Beautiful property, but no hot water

The home is very comfortable, clean, etc. We had many hiccups though with hot water (cold showers for most of the party every night) and no heat in one room. The shuttle stop is NOT at the end of the driveway. It's a short walk, but with kids, you definitely need to rent a car if you stay at this property.

The perfect spot

The home was everything we hoped for. Lots of space for our group of adult couples. Amazing common space, comfortable beds and linens, clean, very well stocked kitchen (including spices, olive oil, etc). Bus stop was convenient and easy to get to Highlands, Aspen and Snowmass. We had no vehicle and used free shuttle daily. Ubers were also available within moments notice. Garage to store our gear and extra beverages was also useful. Dealing with iTrip was effortless and efficient with timely responses and information via text and email. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this accommodation and booking with iTrip.

What a weekend!

My group and I stayed in Homestead Townhomes and it was incredible! The house was spotless, the rooms were spacious, and the home had plenty of bathrooms. The living/diving room area fit all of us comfortably - we even utilized the beautiful kitchen table for a group card game. We had a few questions and requests for iTrip throughout the trip that were answered and resolved within minutes. The home was well equipped with dishes, cooking needs, towels, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. which made cooking and cleaning up super easy - if you decide not to utilize their cleaning service they offer (which we didn't). We rented a car so we were able to make a 15-20 minute ride to Highlands to ski and a 5 minute ride to Snowmass to ski. However, if we didn't rent a car, the shuttle service was close and easy! We cooked breakfast every morning and staring out the windows to a beautiful view made it all the more awesome. It was truly the greatest trip and we owe a lot of that to iTrip and Homestead Homes. Highly recommend!!

Our Favorite Vacation Stay – Ever

This was by far our favorite vacation stay we've ever had – it was perfect from start to finish. My wife and I stayed at the Homestead Townhome with two other couples (6 total) to visit our friends who live in Aspen. The home was spotless, spacious, high end, well-accommodated, and the best part was the breathtaking view. It's situated in a prime location just minutes from Snowmass Village and the slopes. Some of the very best skiing, shopping, and dining Colorado has to offer are literally minutes away. The home offered everything we could need from high quality linens and cookware to cozy furniture and fireplace. The master suite even has a zero gravity bed and steam shower! We can't say enough great things about this home, and we wouldn't change a thing about our stay. THANK YOU!!!

Terrific Home

Love this rental, very roomy and bright with great views of mountains and golf course. Open floor plan with contemporary furniture and large kitchen. Everything is well maintained and clean. Plenty of supplies for the kitchen if you like to cook. I had snow during my stay and the staff was out early in the morning to shovel the walks and driveway. Great service.

Fantastic Get-Away

We had a wonderful time at the luxurious Homestead Townhome. It was spacious, beautiful and met our every need. The kitchen was well-stocked, as were all the bedrooms/baths. The views from the deck were beautiful. The shuttle was close by and came often - we rode it to Aspen and back so no one had to drive. If we had a question, it was answered immediately by I-Trip staff. We couldn't have asked for a better time - thanks!

Beautiful Snowmass townhome

A beautiful townhome with views of the golf course and 3 minutes from snowmass village. Hiking trails nearby, recreational center within walking distance and ski lifts just a short drive a away. As far as location, this is the place to be in snowmass. The property is beautiful beyond belief. Well equipped with all the necessities and tastefully decorated. We hope to come back soon!!

Excellent stay in Snowmass

We loved the condo. Especially the main living space. Lots of room for boots, equipment, etc. The managers were very efficient. Location was perfect. Would definitely book again.

Fine facility

Either brand new or recently renovated: therefore beautiful condition. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Very easy access to beautiful walking trails outside rear of house. Less than 5 minute drive or 10 minute shuttle to market and snowmass base mall or upper mall. Snow clearance multiple times per day when snowing. Very minor glitches such as master bath floor heat switch broken and garage heater difficult to turn off as it should have been when garage door left open.

Fantastic Property in Aspen Snowmass

We spent a week in Aspen Snowmass over Christmas 2020. Family of four plus two close friends for part of the trip...two 50-somethings and four college-aged young adults. Our family has rented several properties on past vacations in both the US and Europe. We plan and select stays carefully and have been pleased for the most part, but this property was unquestionably the best. Perfect blend of quality, comfort, location and value (not cheap - this is Aspen Snowmass - but you definitely get what you pay for in this case). We always hold our breath as we open the door of a rental property, hoping the pictures and description are accurate. This home was 100% as represented. Very recently renovated and SUPER clean and well maintained. Felt like we were the first guests to walk into a new home. Kitchen has all new Bosch appliances and is the most well-equipped rental kitchen we have encountered - almost like cooking at home if you decide to stay in for an evening or two. Common area is very comfortable with tons of room and natural light. And the lighted "fairy" Christmas tree was a nice touch during the season. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and all have very comfortable mattresses, quality linens, toiletries, and are well furnished. Location is excellent - small group of higher end townhomes situated on the Snowmass Club golf course, which provided beautiful, snow covered daytime views. The Aspen Snowmass alpine trail is 25' from the back deck - part of a trail system for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking if you decide to take time off from the slopes. The Snowmass Base Area is a mile away. Very quick and easy to get to the slopes, shops and restaurants by car, and is on the free public transit loop (you can hop the bus to base area, or Ajax, Highlands, or Buttermilk, very easily if you choose). For our family, the location struck the right balance of privacy and convenience. You feel fairly secluded with natural area out the back door, but still 5 mins from the middle of the action (5 min to Snowmass Village base area / mall, 15 min to Aspen). Communication from the property managers was excellent both before and during the visit. They were extremely responsive to emails and calls, which was especially helpful during a COVID-era trip that came with higher uncertainty and evolving local regulations. Lots of extra touches and hospitality. Cant say enough good things about our stay. 5+++ stars.
