Excellent View .

The view of the ocean was amazing .The stairs are a bit hard to manage for those over 60 years of age .This is an older type of apartment . Parking was good . The air-con did not work in the main bedroom . But a relaxing stay .

Poorly Managed

Fantastic location. Huge let down for us was no internet. This is the first property we have ever stayed in which had no wifi. Lack of attention to detail from the managers, eg. rusty coat hangers still there despite comments of earlier guests. Lots of kitchen equipment but in very poor condition . Having to hire bed linen and having to make the bed when we arrive late at night was an unnecessary complication. Our stay fell during COVID-19 virus . The managers refused to any refund for cancellation. We would not book any property again which is managed by this agent.

Older than expected

Although the property itself has a great location, we experienced two weeks of poor weather which detracted from our holiday experience. Regarding the property, it’s older than the pictures show with updating really needed to bring it up to a modern standard considering how many properties there are available in the area. There was some renovation updates with new A/C installed however the bedroom a/c unit did drip from the condensation pipe. The bedroom wardrobes in the main bedrooms lacked painting and the old rusted coat hangers should be replaced . There were also no bedside table lamps which was odd considering you’d think it was a staple for all bedrooms . Also the 43 stair climb from the car park could be a concern for older people , which have need to be mentioned in the advertisement . The kitchen whilst functional was dated and the old solid element hotplates oven and microwave could all be updated . Fix all the little things and you will have a great holiday apartment . Would we stay at this apartment again ?..... In its current condition, no.

Amazing Views !

Our family stayed in Unit 5 and had a lovely weekend. The unit is a little on older side but the furniture is modern and the unit is fully air conditioned. The building has no lift which makes it hard with little kids and lots of luggage but once you get into the unit and see the view you soon forget all about the stairs! We would definitely stay again.

A comfortable place for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful unit in a quiet location, easy walking distance to everything, great sized kitchen and rooms. Fantastic views of the ever changing ocean and glasshouse mountains.

Great balcony and lounge views

Absolutely loved this unit. Great for watching ships and waves on the rocks. Walk to Kings beach wasn't too far for semi fit people. Excellent balcony and door opening and furniture. Needs shade on pool though. Stairs bit of a climb after walks.
