Karla is a fantastic host and has a beautiful and comfortable apartment. 6 adults fit comfortably and location couldn’t be better. The welcome treats were unexpected but so appreciated. Thank you Karla for having us.

The apartment was lovely! And the owners were friendly and helpful - they even let us check out late which made our lives easier.Location was perfect - walked everywhere!My favorite thing was the garden and the grape vines - loved picking fresh grapes while droning coffee on the porch.I would stay here again, yes!

Apartment was in a great location and very clean! Easy access to get to port and old town. Host was easy to keep in touch with. Host left drinks and snacks which we very much appreciated. Charming small apartment. Host put up baby bed for us, which we really appreciated, but would not say apartment is child friendly. Very small which is typical for a city.

Wonderful stay in Split

The property was just as described and extremely convenient to town and very well stocked. Karla was wonderful to work with and always responsive. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean.

This is a lovely home. So cozy. Perfect for our family of 6. The outdoor space is so pretty. It’s very close to old town, a 2 minute walk. Perfect for a visit to Split. We highly recommend it.

What an excellent property and expérience! Karla and Stefan are such wonderful hosts and their property in Split is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our 4 days in Split very much.

Fantastic Stay!

We highly recommend this place. Karla was wonderful to work with and the home is absolutely beautiful! Karla thought of everything when furnishing it. Our only caveat is parking around the area can be tricky.

What a gem this property is. First of all, our gracious host was able to have the property available for us for early check in. The entire place was spotless and felt like home. Proximity to dining areas is unsurpassed. Five minute walk to the nearest cafe/food and then the food eats doesn't stop all the way to the Riva. There is a well-stocked supermarket also within walking distance. Plenty of tours and things to see in town. A washing machine hidden in the kitchen was perfect so that we can wash our laundry and dry it outside on the line. (bring half as many clothes as you think you'll need). There was a bottle of water and wine in the fridge and even some bottles of liquor in the cabinet for our use. Every bedroom was luxurious and clean. No car is needed, as everything is nearby. If you sit out in the yard, may need some bug spray for mosquitos. I will stay nowhere else when I come back here.

Beautiful upscale property

Beautifully appointed property that is clearly well maintained. Short walk to the pier and central old-town. Hosts were kind, gracious, met us at check-in, and pre-stocked the kitchen with basics like coffee, beer, and wine. Also very well supplied with staples, laundry soap, towels, and other needs. It’s nice to not have to make a store run before you take a shower or do a load of laundry! Has all the cookware you need for any meal. They were also very responsive to questions and texts. 10/10 would return.

Beautiful property, convenient location

This apartment is in beautiful condition, nicely furnished, with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. The beds are comfortable, and there is a beautifully manicured back garden with grape vines and other fruit trees. We had a short walk to reach Old Town and a variety of excellent restaurants. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Home Away From Home in Split

Hidden in the narrow pathways of Central Split is an awesome 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 2 story recently converted house that is within 5 minutes of everything of interest to the touring visitor. Very impressive furnishings and a garden to boot. Neighborhood is very quite with many local residents. Close to many restaurants. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful Apartment - Great Location

Karla's place is perfect and Karla and her husband are wonderful, welcoming hosts. Karla's husband met us and helped us to the apartment and he and Karla showed us around the beautiful space. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms were perfect for our family - everyone had their own space and own bathroom. They had some treats waiting in the refrigerator which was really sweet. The garden is absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed and the location was great - in the heart of the pedestrian district so an easy walk everywhere - to the Riva, restaurants, and tourist sites. When back in Split we would not hesitate to book and stay again. Thanks.

Our stay in Split was wonderful. The city has a lot to offer and the apartment is just as pictured. Every detail is done to perfection. The gardens are amazing and a wonderful place to have coffee in the mornings.

Excellent property!

We were a party of 6 ( 3 couples in our 60's). The property was perfect for us! 3 masters with bathrooms. Close to most things, very clean and excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

From the garden to the awesome downtown location, this place was everything we needed! Do know that you will have to walk a minute or two with luggage on cobblestones but it was quite an easier walk than other places I’ve stayed in split. Loved everything about this place and the host was amazing! Thank you again!

Immaculate and idyllic apartment

This place is a little oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of split. It has been finished to an immaculate standard and has many personal touches to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The garden is truly a slice of heaven. We were here for 8 nights with two teenagers. We all loved Split and we all loved the apartment. Karla and Stefan were brilliant hosts and rafting with Stefan on the centina river was definitely a highlight for us all. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks for a perfect stay!

lovely apartment in Old Town Split

This is a lovely, clean and well appointed property. You do have to walk your luggage for about 2 minutes on cobblestone streets and carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, but otherwise was a very nice place to stay for 5 days. Restaurants and Cafes are just a short walk away and easy to catch an Uber ride from the pickup point 2 minutes away. Karla was great with communication and helping us when our luggage did not arrive with our flight.

Split holiday after a bike and barge

This property is stunning! The pictures don’t do it justice! Communication wth Karla was great, her husband met us and helped us walk to the apartment after getting dropped by the cab. and pointed out some landmarks. The location of the property is fantastic! We spent mornings having coffee off the deck, and afternoon s having wine. This great property was a highlight to our vacation.,

Live like a local

We loved this property! It is so quaint and you feel like you are living amongst the Croatians. It is a nice walk to the waterfront. We loved the outdoor area too! It was great for playing cards and having a glass of wine.
