ヴィラには3つのレベルがあります。 ベッドで14/10寝ます。 1階の寝室にはクイーンサイズのベッドがあります。第2レベルには、キングサイズのベッドを備えたデュアルマスターベッドルームがあります。 3階の寝室にはクイーンサイズのベッド、2セットの二段ベッドと2つのツインベッドがあります。 3階の寝室は、子供やゴルフの外出に最適です。 コンピューターゲーム用の追加のフックアップを含めました。 リビングルームには、クイーンサイズのベッドに展開する断面ソファがあります。 各ベッドルームには専用のバルコニーとテレビ/ DVDがあります。 湾の美しい景色を望むリビングルームのポーチにスクリーンがあります。

Great family vacation

This was a great fit for our family of 3 generations. We really enjoyed being close to the pool. There was lots of room to spread out and it is in a great location.

Home away from home

My wife & I along with some friends stayed here and had a wonderful time. This really felt like a home away from home. It has a very warm feel to it with the country decor. The rooms are large & comfortable. We shopped at Publix nearby for groceries and used the available cookware to make breakfast & lunch everyday. The screened in porch overseeing the golf course is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends. I hope this place is available next year for our return trip. Interaction with the owner made the rental process an easy & pleasant experience. They even had beach chairs and umbrellas we were able to use for our time spent soaking up the sun.

Great environment, even better house.

We had a group of 14 stay at this house during our break from school, and it was an absolute blast. The town home scene on a golf course wasn’t exactly what we were looking for ( so we thought ) until we arrived. The neighbors to the left rented their home out for the same week we did to some kids from Missouri that were very cool as well. Enjoyed everything about this home in SanDestin. If your looking for a spacious place with fantastic view, this is the place for you. Thanks to the owner we knew everything we needed to know about the neighborhood and the people. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation on our 6 day stay!

Overall the house is nice and the location is perfect. It is a nice place for a family.

There were some minor issues with the house and Gary was quick to act to help remedy them. I would suggest and did suggest to Gary that a property manager that was in the area would be a benefit to the hime. We were out of gas for the grill and the sad players didn't work. These are minor thing for our family but to others they might not be and so is a property manager were to check the house after check out and prior to check in they welcomed be able to address those thing. As far as functionality and use of the house it is awesome and we had a great time and would go back!!!

ALOT OF FUN! PLENTY OF ROOM.

PLENTY TO DO CLOSE BY! YOU CAN DRIVE EVERYWHERE ON PROPERTY, PLENTY OF PARKING. SHUTTLE DOES COME BY, BUT HAS LIMITED SPACE WE HAD 7 AND NEVER COULD RIDE TOGETHER. AND THE SHUTTLE WAS NOT ON TIME, MAYBE BECAUSE OF THE CROWDS DURING SUMMER. NO FAULT OF OWNER. A/C WORKED GREAT! (WE NEEDED IT AFTER ALL DAY AT BASEBALL FIELDS) BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEW! WE WERE THERE FOR LL WORLD SERIES, BY THE WAY GARY, OUR BOYS DID BRING THE 8U TITLE HOME! BEST OF 28 TEAMS. THANKS FOR ASKING. GARY WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF NEEDED. THIS HOME WORKED GREAT FOR US. Great price and location

This property is in a great overall location with easy access to the Sandestin Resort facilities and the surrounding Destin area. The condo is large enough for a group and all the sleeping arrangements are as advertised. We mostly used the resort's heated pool and it was great. It is a busy pool but has adequate space for families to enjoy themselves. With a zero entry and heated pool - it is great for little kids. The beach is another story. Great beach but way too small of an area for the size resort. We stayed during the Spring Break Season so it is extra busy but there was no way to have a family beach day because of lack of space - literally hardly any room to set up a single beach chair let alone have a play area in the sand. We ended up taking the 15-minute ride to Henderson State Park. The beach at Henderson is the same as at Sandestin in terms of sand and water, but with a mile of beach, it is an awesome place to spend a family beach day. Overall the condo is a great place for a family, the owner is excellent and responsive, and at 50% of the cost of a similar property with private beachfront we would stay here again - realizing that beach days will be a 15-minute car ride to Henderson Beach.

Perfect for a golf/beach vacation.

Whether you enjoy sand on the beach or sand on the course you’ll find both convenient at this location. Our family enjoyed many of the amenities found on the property. The wharf and beach were a short drive away, and we really enjoyed walking out the back door in the evenings to enjoy a stunning sunset. A variety of restaurants were available as well as the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall. A shuttle stopped feet away from the condo door. I would recommend using the Sandestin transportation website to help find the current location of the shuttle you need. Mezcal Mexican Grill, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Jimmy John’s Subs and The Back Porch all provided a good experience for our group. If you plan to bring your own beach chairs and/or umbrellas be prepared to set up early. The resort takes up a significant portion of the beach with their rentals. We left happy.

Great time!

Nice quiet location. Would have liked to have had more detailed instructions somewhere upin entry...we had to hunt for wifi sign on and password, didn't realize at first we needed the little cards for the tram or the key for the pool we had to kind of figure these things out on our own. We enjoyed the property and the time we had there; although we really felt the rental needs some furniture updates.

Great choice for our family vacation!

Our family of 8 adults, 4 children, and a pup had a wonderful stay in your home. There was plenty of room for sleeping, kitchen had what we needed for all the cooking we did, and we kept the washer and dryer busy with the many loads of laundry we had. The kids really enjoyed the pool right around the corner. Thanks for allowing us to have a fun filled week in your home!

Best listing ever!!

My generational family had a blast on this vacation!! The location fabulous with a private beach across the street. We ended up driving a few minutes and finding a less crowded beach but this is an awesome amenity. Being on the golf course was fun and the pool is steps from the house. Gary was amazing to work with and even got us in the home a few hours early. He truly creates a wonder home for his guests. He also provides everything you need for a great vacation (fishing pools, grill, cooler, beach equipment, etc). The house is a little outdated but that is reflected in the price. For the amenities that you get, this is more than fairly priced and worth every penny. I look forward to coming back!

Great location!

Unit was exactly as advertised. Located along eighth hole of golf course, 150 yds from the bay. Rooms and beds for a number of guests. We had our son, daughter in law and two grandkids down for five days and they loved it. Really enjoyed the screened in porch and the balcony overlooking the golf course. Had a wonderful 4 week stay!

Enjoyed our stay !

Everything was great except the kitchen was not very clean. Counter tops, floor and dishes were dirty. We had to clean the kitchen before using. I know that is not Gary's fault it is the cleaning crew. Other than that everything was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay. Gary answered my messages right away when I had any questions. Good place to stay.

Everything you need and more...

I did a long-term rental for 3 months that allowed me to find a permanent home in this area. I was relocating from the great North Tundra and needed a place that was safe and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gary's house and was more than surprised that he has the house fully furnished with EVERYTHING you need - including fully stocked paper towels, all cleaning supplies, bathroom soaps, etc. I've rented other places and never had these supplies furnished. As far as the location, you couldn't ask for more - it is within the gated Sandestin Golf & Resort community which is beautiful and has 3 great public golf courses. I played there often and my favorite course was Raven. If you want to go to the beach, the house has all you need to throw everything in the car - beach chairs and umbrellas, even a rolling cooler. The house can sleep 14 people in beds (excluding the roll out in the main living space), so this is a perfect place for large golf groups or family reunions/get togethers. The only word of caution I would give is there is only 1 bedroom on the main floor, the rest are up on the 2nd and 3rd floors (19 stairs each flight). I had senior guests that never would have been able to stay if not for the first floor bedroom. However, the first floor bedroom worked out perfectly because there is a full bath on the 1st floor as well. In addition, Gary was incredibly responsive the couple of times I needed to reach him and was more than a wonderful host.

Sandestin Beach Resort a very nice vacation community

This was my first time renting a condo for a 4 family vacation so I have no comparison for my review. I don’t want to be over critical just report my experience. Overall it was a great experience but it was not without some problems. We had 4 rooms with 3 bathrooms and all the usual condo amenities. Depending on your situation I would recommend 4 bathrooms. We also had problems with the dryer. It was old and too small for 4 families and had to run small loads or it would overheat. The grill out back was a nice Weber unit but was left filthy and out of propane due to a loose hose. A spare tank was available. We only had 1 brand tv remote out of 5 TVs so we could not access such things as Netflix or YouTube on the smart TVs. We had Cox tv/internet service and 2 of the remotes had to be programmed for the TVs. I was able to call them and correct. I was informed that a free internet upgrade was available which I reported to the owner. We were getting only 30 meg internet speed and router location was not optimized. In general the condo felt comfortable but well lived in. Furniture was well worn but functional. The condo was “clean” but the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of dusting. All of the door and window blinds had broken bottom clips and were “free swinging” when opened. One of the blinds above a window fell off when trying to adjust and another had a broken string that adjusts the tilt. Most of these things are minor but a sign that this property is in need of updating and upgrading.

I vacationed in Sandestin for the first time in 1995 and absolutely loved it. I stayed in a friend of mines home for several years and then decided to purchase myself. I like the fact that there are so many activities available for the entire family without leaving the Resort just minutes from my front door. It is truly a self-contained mini New Orleans style city at the Wharf within the confines of Sandestin.

As you can see from the aerial photo, my home is secluded from the hub of action although I am no more than a mile from the beach or any other activities offered on the Resort. There is very little vehicle traffic since my homes location dead ends into the Bay. At night just steps away you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets out on the point and often times see groups of Dolphins making their way through waters right off of Vantage Point. There is also superb fishing right outside my back door with up to 6lb fish (bass) caught. If you really want to fish, just go out into the Bay that is only 90 yds from back door and try and land the red snappers or other big time game fish
