We were able to walk a little over a mile from Thames Street but it is a hilly walk. However, we didn't feel like the pictures represented the apartment. It is an attic apartment and the first night during a rainstorm the ceiling leaked all over the floor. We had to put a pan to catch the leak. There was one picture in the front room that was mainly there to cover hole in the wall. Also, there was no TV in the apartment at all. The coffee maker was a 2 cup hotel version and there was only 1 coffee cup in the whole place. I was a little disappointed in the fact that it sleeps 6 but if you have more than 3 you are charged $50 dollars per person more. It is scarcely furnished. It could be a beautiful old apartment if there was a little more attention put into it. Our weekend cost over $1,200 and it was definitely NOT worth it!
